The service and quality of the food are superlative. The atmosphere would have been nice, but there was a diner with a dog who was barking and disturbing the peace. The shop didn't do anything, and I had to put up with the barking until it went away.

We spent a weekend in Alba and had already heard about this place. So we decided to try it, but unfortunately we happened to be there during the Vinum event, an event they hold between April and May if I'm not mistaken. I say "unfortunately" because given the high demand, it seems counterintuitive, given the restaurant's name, and they were also out of boiled meat. But despite this, we had the pleasure of trying other dishes on their menu, and we have to say it was worth it. Everything was well-prepared and well-balanced, nothing out of place. Kudos also to the very kind and patient staff. We'll be back to try the famous boiled meat.

We were looking for a place to eat in anticipation of our stay in Alba and we were lucky to find this trattoria online. We booked and once there we ate divinely, authentic traditional Piedmontese dishes, clean place and very kind staff, I highly recommend it.

If you love truffles, you'll find them here. We had a great meal. The primi are so large that they're easily enough for a meal.

Este fue un muy buen hallazgo. El personal era excelente y la comida era excelente. Pudieron atender la alergia al ajo de mi esposa. Tuvimos una deliciosa botella de vino Barbera para complementar la comida. Recomiendo encarecidamente este restaurante.

09/09/2025: Incredible welcome; they immediately upgraded us to a nicer room with a wonderful view of the hills. Everyone was incredibly kind; they even let us stay by the pool after checkout. Parking was also very convenient. The room was gorgeous, spacious, and the complimentary coffee and water were not a given. We will definitely be back; the property and pool are located high up, and the view is truly breathtaking. Everything was perfect, truly compliments. Peace and tranquility reign supreme.
28/07/2025: Amazing views, great service and delicious food. The knife cut tajarin with tomato sauce, basil and fresh herbs was outstanding for such an uncomplicated dish. Staff at the restaurant and hotel were helpful and very friendly. We loved our stay there while we toured the area sampling the wines and cuisine.

09/10/2025: A truly positive experience in the heart of Savigliano, just steps from the Milanollo Theater. In this welcoming restaurant, we were pampered from the moment we arrived by the attentive and kind owner, who guided us through the selection of dishes and wine with great passion. We shared six dishes between the two of us, all carefully crafted and beautifully presented: the delicate and flavorful Fassona steak tartare; the intense and enveloping chopped livers with focaccia and red onion; the perfectly balanced selection of cheeses; the tajarin pasta with snails, hazelnuts, and parsley; and the excellent game lasagna, rich and well-made. We finished on a sweet note with a tiramisu... truly delicious, as the menu promises! All accompanied by a bottle of Piedmontese red Barbere Superiore, expertly recommended and paired impeccably. We'll definitely be back; a place to treasure! Thank you for this dinner ❤️
27/09/2025: It's located in Savigliano, a very pretty town. The tavern is very welcoming, the service excellent, and the food good too. I definitely recommend it, although the prices are a little high.
