Hier wird richtige piemontesische Küche serviert - alle Klassiker aus dem Piemont (sogar im April waren die Trüffel noch schmackhaft), tolle lokale Weinkarte, schönes Ambiente, guter Service.

We were craving veal with tuna sauce and agnolotti. Having asked for availability of seats and with our furry friend in tow, we tried it Trattoria del Bollito in Alba. Nice place, friendly and helpful staff. Finally a veal with tuna sauce like it used to be. Agnolotti with an excellent filling and a taste of mixed boiled meat. Right portions, cooked properly. Nice wine list. Correct price for food and service.

One of the best places ever visited. Aesthetically welcoming and refined place but with an air of home, the girls who served us were truly impeccable, very good! As for the dishes, what can I say, I ate the pappardelle with wild boar ragù and I have no words to describe how good they were, even the boiled meat was truly super. Bill with two glasses of wine €58 I leave it up to you to judge after trying this super place! We will definitely be back

Located 5-6 minutes walk from Alba station and 2 minutes from its historic centre, Trattoria del Bollito is the perfect place for those who love traditional Piedmontese cuisine. The choice of the former varies, a little scarce on the latter (only 2 alternatives). The service is friendly and welcoming. The portions are fair with average prices (€13-25 per course). A good place to spend a pleasant evening in company. Rating: 7/10
