One of the best places ever visited. Aesthetically welcoming and refined place but with an air of home, the girls who served us were truly impeccable, very good! As for the dishes, what can I say, I ate the pappardelle with wild boar ragù and I have no words to describe how good they were, even the boiled meat was truly super. Bill with two glasses of wine €58 I leave it up to you to judge after trying this super place! We will definitely be back

Located 5-6 minutes walk from Alba station and 2 minutes from its historic centre, Trattoria del Bollito is the perfect place for those who love traditional Piedmontese cuisine. The name suggests the main dish of the house, but it presents some good choices as an alternative to it. The menu follows typical local dishes such as veal with tuna sauce and raw meat platter. The choice of the former varies, a little scarce on the latter (only 2 alternatives). The interior is pleasant and welcoming, between modernity and tradition (classic brickwork with contemporary furnishings). Excellent for those who love wine, the menu is varied and valuable. The service is friendly and welcoming. The portions are fair with average prices (€13-25 per course). A good place to spend a pleasant evening in company. Rating: 7/10

Excellent dinner a stone's throw from the center of Alba. Very well maintained and welcoming place, very fast service and menu that changes often. We tasted veal with tuna sauce, an excellent fassona steak and a truly noteworthy tajarin with three-meat ragout. Finally we ate an excellent mixed boiled meat. Fair price

Excellent quality combined with quantity

Nice place, well renovated and bright, friendly and efficient service, good atmosphere without music in the background... Langarola tradition, but the dishes are nothing memorable: well made, of course, but nothing to remember.... The only disappointment: a glass of Barbaresco paid 9 Euros seems frankly excessive to me and out of line with the price of the rest of the menu.... A good address, but there is certainly better in the city....

Ristorante trovato per caso visitando Alba e.. vinto un terno al lotto! Cibo ottimo,fatto in casa,abbondante e rapporto qualità/prezzo perfetto. Personale cortese e servizio veloce. Consigliatissimo!!
