We enjoyed delicious tajarin with white rabbit ragù, truly exquisite!
The gnocchi and tagliata were also excellent: a must-try!
I recommend serving the zabaglione warm with the hazelnut cake, as is traditional.

Taglioni with grated white truffle 🔝 The veal with tuna sauce was decent, but I wasn't thrilled with the braised beef.
Anyway, a very good and recommended place in the center of Alba.

Excellent, carefully prepared dishes, especially the generous starters. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, and the service is quick. The place isn't very spacious. An experience worth trying and definitely repeating.

Expectations were perhaps too high: Alba, the tradition of Piedmontese boiled meats, the amazing local wine selection... The veal with tuna sauce was delicious, but the boiled meat was disappointing; the chicken was almost invisible, the tongue translucent. Even the beef braised in Barolo: the cut of the priest's hat was excellent, but the nutmeg aroma was surprising and a bit off-putting.
The Nebbiolo was good and the markup was fair, and the service was efficient, almost lightning-fast...

Accoglienza gentilissima, antipasti adatti all'estate buoni e freschi; pasta un spettacolo nella padella (vale la pena ordinare insieme la stessa pasta); secondo abbondante; dessert estivi, leggeri e una favola di ciliegie 🍒 oppure albicocche. È stato un pranzo con i fiocchetti. Grazie a tutto il team.

Invitati da amici, forse siamo entrati con troppe aspettative, ce ne avevano parlato con tanto entusiasmo.....noi preso pasta ( fresca) con sugo di cinghiale che era buona , altri preso ragù di carne piemontese, che se fosse stato il mio primo avrei mandato indietro..salatissimo...il famoso bollito 🤔....mah! assaggiato vitello tonnato..carne non proprio morbida..abbiamo chiedo 4 volte il pane prima che lo portassero ..
Perciò oltre la pasta salata direi anche il conto...non penso che tornerò ..
