We had lunch at Trattoria Del Bollito today and it was amazing. It has been one of best meals that we have had during our trip to Italy. We both had the Fettuccine with sausage and porcini mushrooms…yum! We were impressed that the entire skillet of pasta was brought to the table. It was great because the pasta stayed hot. Wine was delicious too! Service was great, very helpful, friendly and spoke English. Love the atmosphere and layout of the dining room with wine bottles displayed throughout. Highly recommend!!

A classic trattoria that makes you feel right at home. The atmosphere is simple and authentic, just like the dishes: from appetizers to first courses, from main courses to desserts, everything was truly delicious. Generous portions, authentic, quality ingredients, and excellent value. One of those trattorias that still retains the flavor of tradition and is definitely worth a visit in Alba.

Hier wird richtige piemontesische Küche serviert - alle Klassiker aus dem Piemont (sogar im April waren die Trüffel noch schmackhaft), tolle lokale Weinkarte, schönes Ambiente, guter Service.
