We were so happy to get a table here for lunch. Such delicious, home-cooked food… the pasta was divine, the salad fresh, and the pumpkin and truffle flan had a burst of flavor that tasted like joy and comfort. The ambience is a cozy, country vibe and a very unpretentious dining spot. We will remember this meal forever!

Expectations were perhaps too high: Alba, the tradition of Piedmontese boiled meats, the amazing local wine selection... The veal with tuna sauce was delicious, but the boiled meat was disappointing; the chicken was almost invisible, the tongue translucent. Even the beef braised in Barolo: the cut of the priest's hat was excellent, but the nutmeg aroma was surprising and a bit off-putting.
The Nebbiolo was good and the markup was fair, and the service was efficient, almost lightning-fast...

Typical local dishes and an extensive wine list focusing on local products.
Truffle is grated directly onto your plate at the table.
Extremely friendly and professional staff.
Gluten-free pasta available.

I've been to several restaurants in the area, and I can't help but say I've eaten better here than at many other Michelin-starred establishments. Simple dishes, classic flavors like mushrooms and truffles, but expertly presented.
My compliments also go to the entire staff for their professionalism and attentiveness to certain requests, despite their obvious youth!
We'll definitely be back, see you soon.

Facile da trovare, comodo il parcheggio. La location non è così tipica, si tratta di un negozio.... ma qui c'è gente che bada al contenuto !!!!!! cena ottima, scelta tra piatti tipici, porzioni fin troppo generose, prezzo adeguato nella media.

Piatti della tradizione abbondanti e saporiti, ottimo vino, personale gentile e simpatico! Ci torneremo sicuramente, abbiamo lasciato il cuore in quelle pappardelle al ragù di cinghiale!
