Trattoria del Bollito In Alba

Fantastic experience at this restaurant in the heart of Alba. My partner and I were passing through on our motorcycle tour of the Langhe and stumbled upon this little place thanks to a sign. For starters, we had veal topside with tuna sauce. I had mixed boiled meats, and my partner had pappardelle with wild boar ragù and black truffle. The topside was cooked perfectly, remaining pink in the center. The tuna sauce was sublime, and I had to ask for a second bowl. The bread basket and homemade breadsticks were delicious. The pappardelle were cooked to perfection, and the presentation, straight from the pan, was truly impressive. The boiled meat was delicious, although I would have liked to have all seven cuts of meat, plus carrot, potato, and onion. They were there, but perhaps for one person and given the quantity, it would have been difficult. The boiled meat was accompanied by three sauces: giardiniera, mustard mayonnaise, and the classic salsa verde. The dishes were cooked with care and attention, and the portions were generous, just the way I like them. Good service; they held our helmets, and the wait staff were quick and always available. The Piedmontese cuisine was wonderful. Parking on the street was a bit difficult (for cars).

The food and service is excellent! They have an awesome wines. And they have delicious bread sticks… “Bastoncini di Landa ai 7 cereal! We shared plates so the cost will be different . But so delicious ❤️😋

Lunch in Alba at this modern trattoria. Tried the tagliolini with truffle, served in a pan. Good and plentiful. Young, smiling and fast guys. Honest bill.

Ordered appetizers arrived after 2 minutes, fast but cold. The second course was nothing special. We won't be back, I thought it would be much better

We went for a dinner, two people. And everything was excellent, even the wine by the glass, a truly excellent Barbera d'Alba. The pasta was a spectacle, Bonet good, good coffee too, fair price. Go there if you are staying in Alba for a few nights

The food is really on another level. Tip! Take the Barbaresco by the glass! Unprecedented

A remarkable place, both for the quality of the dishes and for the attentiveness and courtesy of the staff. The tajarin with truffles are worth the trip.

Piatti della tradizione abbondanti e saporiti, ottimo vino, personale gentile e simpatico! Ci torneremo sicuramente, abbiamo lasciato il cuore in quelle pappardelle al ragù di cinghiale!

Hier wird richtige piemontesische Küche serviert - alle Klassiker aus dem Piemont (sogar im April waren die Trüffel noch schmackhaft), tolle lokale Weinkarte, schönes Ambiente, guter Service.
