Objectively, the quality-price ratio is hard to beat. I had a pagliata, which is hard to find. But they also have other rare dishes, like coratella. I'll have to come back and try other dishes...

A sincere and authentic place, simply beautiful. Extremely kind and attentive staff. Local dishes are very well prepared and prices are very fair. A family atmosphere. Well done! If you're passing through Foligno, a stop is a must.

Typical Umbrian restaurant with a tourist menu for €9.50 including a first course, second course and side dish. Everything is delicious, just a few things done well. The service is very friendly and courteous. We will be back.

I chose it based on reviews while passing through Foligno. Let's just say that, apart from the two tagliata, which were very stiff and difficult to chew, and one with truffle that didn't taste like much, the rest was good, especially the side dishes.
The value is definitely in the price, and perhaps if we had ordered a first course, we would have enjoyed it more.
The four of us spent €133, which included:
2 waters
1 liter of wine
2 Umbrian appetizers
1 crostini with livers
1 pigeon
1 lamb au gratin
2 tagliata, one with truffle
2 sautéed broccoli
1 sautéed radicchio
1 Vin Santo and donuts
1 other dessert
