What to say? There is very little to add when you find excellence like this. Classic trattoria appetizers, excellent first courses (on which the pappardelle with hare sauce stand out), equally top meat second courses, in particular the delicious lamb with grilled lamb. The wines are good and the artisan desserts are very pleasant, with an exquisite tiramisu. Excellent service, prices with a decidedly very good value for money.

I proprietari ed il personale molto gentili e professionali. Le sale del ristorante pulite, ampie e ben organizzate. Per quanto riguarda la cucina direi nella media......i sughi troppo liquidi, sarebbe stato meglio farli ritirare leggermente di più. Il taglio di carne servito come filetto ....forse era un controfiletto, con qualche nervetto di troppo...... Complessivamente nella media

Delight for the palate. Digestion is wonderful (which for someone with chronic inflammation of the intestine is the PRIORITY thing and tested for two lunches in a row) impeccable, from the true goodness of the Genzano Bread to the grandeur of the first courses which in order are: 3 place venison fettuccine - 2 place fettuccine porcini mushrooms - 1 place PAPPARDELLE WITH WILD BOAR SAUCE A NOBEL PRIZE WORTHY THING. Super honest prices, first still at 12/13 euros at this level.... Characteristic, clean environment and service at the level of the dishes served in this exceptional TRATTORIA. WELL DONE TO APPLAUSE.

Excellent service, meals spaced at the right times, we didn't wait too long, nor did we have the impression of being pressured to free the table. The reserved, non-intrusive staff was attentive to all our requests. I don't think it's easy to serve a table of 16 people à la carte, but they were very good. The somewhat retro location has its charm. The dishes, all delicious. The first courses, pappardelle with hare and wild boar and fettuccine with porcini mushrooms: excellent and delicate. The second courses, pheasant, partridge, quail, lamb "scottadito", steaks: tasty, soft, not at all stringy. Dinner with friends, we ate very well, from the starter to the dessert. The service was perfect, present but not intrusive, quick, courteous, professional. We spent the right amount in relation to what we ate. For those who appreciate game, this is the right place to eat it, quality and excellently cooked. They have specific and certified cuisine for celiacs (and it's not for everyone). We will be back soon and willingly!

A 10 in absolutely everything! We have been traveling the Amalfi Coast for 15 days and our last destination is Rome. We have decided to spend the night in Genzano di Roma and this authentic restaurant has been the best we have eaten in throughout our trip. The game meat is SPECTACULAR, the desserts and wine have also been the best! Without a doubt it is a 100x100 recommendation!

Ci Siamo fermati x pranzo x caso e siamo stati subito accolti con gentilezza e cura!Servizio veloce, abbiamo preso spaghetti cacio e pepe che x una come me che nn mangia formaggio con la pasta è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa! Molto graditi, giusto equilibrio di sapori; spaghetti alla carbonara buoni! Hanno un menù ricco x tutti i gusti! Consigliato!!!
