Excellent restaurant! We've been here for several days to eat, and the food is exceptional. The atmosphere and music are beautiful. The waiters are super fast and very friendly. If you're coming to Assisi, make a note to visit!

We returned after a year, but unfortunately, the food wasn't as good as last year. The main courses were disappointing; haste is not an ally of good food. The lamb chops were undercooked, and the pork was very dry, with burnt pancetta all around and dry caramelized onions.

The location is beautiful and charming. The staff is friendly. I had delicious paccheri with mushrooms and truffles. However, the second guest's tagliatelle with truffles was almost raw, which was a shame. The flavor was good, but not edible. They took this into account when paying.

Ottima accoglienza, servizio celere, attento e reattivo ad ogni richiesta, piatti gustosi che hanno soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Tagliere di salumi, formaggi e torta al testo buonissimo; il miele 🍯 in accompagnamento era ottimo, i salumi sembravano caserecci La carne di manzo e di agnello era molto tenera e saporita. Le verdure grigliate, sembravano fatte al momento: il radicchio arrostito così buono non l"ho mai mangiato. Forse nel tiramisù c'era troppo caffè, ma forse è un aspetto soggettivo.

04/11/2025: Excellent cuisine and impeccable service! We went to Oltremondo and had a truly wonderful experience. The restaurant is well-kept and welcoming, and the staff is kind and professional. We had the trio of chicken liver bruschetta, a Cinta Senese, a mixed grill, artichokes, salad, amaro, coffee, water, and a glass of wine: everything was delicious, beautifully presented, and made with top-quality ingredients. A restaurant where you can sense the passion for cooking and attention to detail. Highly recommended, we'll gladly return! 🍷🍽️
