Always a guarantee! Excellent value for money! Among the first courses, the candies (stuffed pasta) are delicious! But it's all excellent, the cold cuts are varied and delicious! The grilled meat is also very varied and cooked very well! Beans and Salciccia are also served with gnocco and tigelle, very tasty! Generous portions!

In the evening I recommend the tigelle. While during the day in the middle of the week there is a fixed "workers" menu which is not bad. Too bad that the other year it was 12 euros. Then 13. 14. And now it has been said that they will become 15 euros. 3 euros more in a year. My salary from the other year, however, is the same as today.

29/02/2024: Ora, in tutta sincerità, cosa ci si aspetta da un ristorante sito su una rotonda all'ingresso di un'autostrada, con vista sulle auto e sui Tir? 4 stelle Michelin? Nessuna pretesa: se si riesce a partire da questo presupposto, il Borghetto può risultare il posto essenziale (comodo all'uscita dell'A1) nel momento giusto (trovare un ristorante aperto alle 14 non è mai cosa semplice). L'antipasto misto di salumi con gnocco e tigelle è un buon inizio: porzione abbondante da mangiarci in due. Due piatti di tagliatelle (ragù o funghi, entrambi ottimi) il miglior proseguimento. Il vinello rosso alla spina potrebbe risultare alquanto "rude", ma con piatti saporiti sa fare la sua onesta parte. Il conto (60 euro totali), con 2 caffè e l'acqua, è forse un poco altino, ma ci si passa sopra perché si esce dal ristorante sazi e soddisfatti.
07/09/2023: Trovato x caso mangiato benissimo, tortellini, rigelò e, gnocco fritto. Sapori antichi, personale gentilissimo e disponibile a spiegarti come riempire le tigelle.
