A wonderful experience! The cold cuts and cheese platter was truly excellent and unique. Tagliolini with truffle and sliced beef with mustard were the main courses, truly superb! I drank the Ripasso, which was also excellent. Highly recommended. Beautiful location, excellent service 👍🏻

Trattoria Dal Taio in Parona is a true gem! 🌟 The restaurant is small but welcoming, with a natural cave that transports you to Umbria. The service is impeccable, with young, knowledgeable staff who recommend the best dishes.
The cuisine is the real highlight, with Umbrian specialties like strangozzi with truffles and grilled meats. The ingredients are fresh and high-quality, and the prices are reasonable!

Both exceeded expectations.
With two waters and coffee, €77.80.
Friendly and knowledgeable service, quick cooking, and beautifully plated dishes. The place is quite small, so reservations are recommended. Definitely worth trying at least once.

I spent a very pleasant couple of hours at this trattoria. The credit goes to the owner, the staff, but above all (and obviously) to the cuisine. The selection of cured meats and cheeses is excellent, and the meat selection is superior. Excellent wine list, well-stocked, but not overwhelming (which doesn't hurt). I'll definitely be back and recommend it!

The food here is excellent, and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. If you want a truly unique experience, book a table in the cave. It takes patience, but it's worth it.

Always a sure thing, dishes made with excellent ingredients, as is the wine list. The place isn't very large, with the option of dining in the cave. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Reservations are recommended. Parking is available nearby. Highly recommended.

A GUARANTEE! We've been visiting Trattoria Dal Taio regularly now, for special occasions and more. We've NEVER been disappointed, and in fact, we've ALWAYS been treated to perfection.
The place is clean, well-kept, and intimate. The staff is young, highly knowledgeable, and above all friendly! They're always willing to recommend the best, in their opinion, and I can assure you they've always met and exceeded our expectations. We've brought friends and family here, and everyone has been very satisfied.
A special mention goes to the wine cellar, which is very well-stocked and of superior quality.
It's always a pleasure to return! Keep up the good work, guys.
