The only bar in the area to offer exclusively real Czech beer, preserved, drafted and served in the traditional way with a carbon nitrogen system. The only one that I know of in the province... A rotation of classics but also artisanal and other rarities, at a fair price.

30/03/2024: A special place: the only fast food style place in the country where you can enjoy a genuine dinner at honest prices. Tasty dishes, refined drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and a relaxed atmosphere. Boys and girls tend to make everything more fun. A security in Umbertide.
22/03/2024: A proposal apparently in line with the classic fast food, but when you discover the dishes, you find a new way of offering them, with a notable homage to local traditions and a great imagination in revisiting some classics. Young, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Very welcoming place

Trattoria Alla Baracca

16/03/2024: Great food. Very good bigoli and ribeye. For Saturdays you need to book well in advance.
13/03/2024: Informal, homely environment. The staff is very professional, I found a very good preparation on the wines on the list. The dishes ordered were very good, both meat and fish. Advised.
