The food is very good, but it seems like a canteen to me because you can't really decide what to eat. The service is terrible, the atmosphere is nice.

We came to this restaurant with another
couple of friends. The place was very welcoming, the food excellent, and the service excellent.
We had divine fried seafood (their specialty) and a traditional first course, orecchiette with squid ink, mussels, and clams.
The price was reasonable... we'll definitely be back!

Thanks to my dear friend Silvestro, who works as chef at Trattoria dal Monaco, I celebrated my birthday on Sunday at lunchtime, just as I wanted, enjoying some excellent seafood dishes. Top! I'll be back soon! Laura Monaco (the real Monaco ;) )

Excellent place to eat. The dishes were very good, tasty, and the portions were just right. We ordered a seven-course seafood appetizer, and one was even better than the other. Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed!

We stumbled upon this restaurant during a quick stroll around Polignano a Mare before heading back to Rome. What a wonderful discovery! The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the fish is incredibly fresh and prepared with care and passion. The raw fish appetizer was truly delicious, not to mention the first courses: rice, mussels, and potatoes, and fresh pasta with mussels and clams—a delight for the palate. We didn't get to try the fried fish because we had to rush back, but given the quality of the other dishes, it's sure to be delicious. Congratulations!

Absolutely the best dining experience we had in Polignano. The seafood was incredibly fresh and full of authentic flavor — you could truly taste the sea in every bite. For someone who knows and appreciates quality seafood, this place is a must-visit.
We enjoyed it so much that we returned the next evening.

Salimos del casco antiguo y cruzamos el puente para experimentar el mejor antipasto de mariscos de Italia. Fue muy buena relación calidad-precio como lo fue el vino Casa. El próximo plato de mariscos no fue tan fantástico, pero aún así muy bueno. Buen servicio
