Great, local restaurant. You always come across returning families and guests which makes you fully confide in this place and its lovely staff. Food is made with homely love and care, they don't hold back on portions, oil or anything!

Nice place. Book a table in advance. There were a lot of local Italians which is probably because the food is authentic and tastes good. It filled up quickly. You sit close together and we were packed pretty close together in a corner. Otherwise the atmosphere was good and it is recommended to come here.

Well, not really. Carbonara and Bolognese, a C or B. The portions are small, well, that's the case everywhere, because it's the first course, not the main one. The service is also so-so. We ended up here on the first day. We didn't make such mistakes again. In general, the food in Rome isn't the tastiest. Also because instead of Parmesan there's pecorino everywhere, and I don't like that taste. The further you get from the Colosseum, the tastier the food.

An excellent lunch in the heart of Rome, reasonably priced for the area, and very tasty dishes. In an area where it's hard to find a good place to eat, it was definitely a pleasure to find such a place. Friendly and welcoming staff, a family atmosphere.

Great selection, always busy, excellent service, delicious pasta. We tried the Carbonara and Caccio e Pepe, and tiramisu for dessert.

This was our best meal in Rome. I ate fettuccini with a lemon sauce and it truly felt like eating at someone’s home. My partner can confirm I got teary-eyed from the taste of the tiramisu, just magical.
A lot of locals seemed to eat here and they had reservations - we managed to get a table when they opened. The staff was super nice and recommended dishes on the menu hence the lemon fettuccini.
Would visit a million times over!

Buona cucina, curata e abbastanza varia benché romana. Personale gentile non i soliti osti da turista. Nulla da dire. Vicoletto non di passaggio e a Roma fa una grande differenza.

Tavoli molto vicini, come tradizione per le osterie romane e arredo un po’ datato. Tutto in linea con la tipicità romana.
Servizio “verace” con un cameriere romanaccio (nel senso buono del termine) che non lesina battute ai commendali. Un’atmosfera che a me piace molto.
Menù tipico romano: a differenza di altre volte la qualità non era all’altezza del nome. Forse una serata sbagliata.
Prezzo nella norma per il tipo di locale: circa 30€/testa per 2 portate
