We went here for dinner and had a truly wonderful meal, featuring typical Bolognese cuisine in a warm and welcoming atmosphere reminiscent of a true trattoria. Special mention goes to the trio of first courses, which were truly delicious and with medium-large portions. Thank you for your hospitality.

Beautiful place, the food is delicious. The homemade bread is wonderful. The ossobuco, oh my, it's amazing.

I had tagliatelle and tortellini. The tortellini dough had a perfect combination of texture and the delicious flavor of the meat filling. The tagliatelle had a meaty sauce that was so filling that I ended up with some left over. Thank you for the meal!

Very typical restaurant. Good service. We had the following dishes: artichoke salad, grilled mozzarella with porcini mushrooms (delicious), lasagne verde and ravioli verde with mortadella and pistachios (delicious).

The food is simply excellent: the tagliatelle al ragù was just right, with a rich flavor, and the tortellini in brodo reminded me of an Italian grandmother’s homemade food. What makes the place even more special is its location, right next to the canal, offering a wonderful neighborhood feel. The staff is polite, quick, and genuinely interested in pleasing you, making the experience even more enjoyable. It’s a place that combines quality with reasonable prices and absolute tradition. If you want to eat really well in Bologna, Biassanot is the way to go – just make sure to make a reservation, because it’s always full!
