Nice place characterized by taste, good food and cheerful staff

Arrived at 1 p.m., they managed to get a table for us and our 2 daughters. Super nice! The porchetta is great, the pasta with smoked cheese sauce, amazing!! I recommend it!!!! Thank you!! The interior is "unusual!!! Lol 😎" thanks to the waiter Marco!!! A gem!!!!

Very special place in the center with excellent Tuscan food, shame about the cantucci only negative note. Friendly, cordial and helpful staff. Absolutely recommended.

Particular environment very folkloristic colorful, excellent to refresh yourself with generous dishes after a walk in the city inside the walls. The owner is a really nice guy, friendly and welcoming. A visit is absolutely recommended

When you enter you are already at home... even the flavors are homemade, super staff, Ubaldo the owner is a character... everything is fine and you go home happy and... full!!

Trattoria ad un passo da piazza dell'Anfiteatro, non essendo molto grande conviene prenotare. L'esterno lascia un po' titubanti (scheletro appeso, cartello "aperto" da benzinaio, ecc.), ma entrando il luogo carico di ogni cosa sui muri e sulle mensole incuriosisce e il bel sorriso dei ragazzi (Icaro, figlio di Ubaldo, e 2 ragazze) che ci accolgono ci mettono a nostro agio. Ordiniamo: -2 tortelli casarecci di carne all'affumicata buoni ed abbondanti, -una saporita rovellina alla lucchese con polenta, -una discreta melanzana alla parmigiana, -un porzione di patate al forno molto buone, -1 bottiglia d'acqua -1 bottiglia di vino rosso -2 caffé da rivedere Costo a testa € 35,00. Sicuramente merita un giro e se siete fortunati potrete incontrare Mario, un vecchino simpatico che mi sembra passi spesso da Ubaldo. Un luogo veramente unico e particolarissimo. Si entra e ci si sente subito a casa. Ad un passo da piazza dell'Anfiteatro, ma completamente diverso dal classico locale per turisti. Cucina casalinga, staff simpaticissimo, il titolare Ubaldo è semplicemente fantastico!
