Thursdays are the best gnocchi in all of Rome, in a Roman family restaurant where the prices are very reasonable and the cuisine is authentic, from antipastis to tiramisu.

Incredible first diner in Rome. The cacio y pepe and carbonara were absolutely delicious. The tomato and mozzarella plate was a great starter. Highly recommend.

Local and friendly place, the best Italian food a had in my entire trip, I been there three times :) Fresh pasta absolutely delicious and ox tail as well! And price is friendly too - highly recommended and I’m definitely coming back :)

I’m never seen my boyfriend clean a plate like this before! Not a single spot of carbonara sauce left in his bowl! Amazing food, super friendly staff, cosy local atmosphere.

24/06/2025: Ristorante e Albergo Diffuso Lo Specchio di Diana is a great spot if you’re looking for something simple, cozy, and welcoming. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable – perfect if you just need a nice place to rest without too many extras. The restaurant is definitely a highlight! The pizzas were delicious, freshly made, and there’s a good variety on the menu. The casual vibe of the bar and restaurant makes it feel warm and familiar. The staff were very kind and attentive, always making sure I had what I needed. Overall, a lovely stay with good food and a relaxed atmosphere. I’d recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet getaway with great local hospitality.

12/06/2025: Great bar with live music in Rome and a very friendly service team. I was in Rome for four weeks and went to Mimesi several times. They serve very good drinks, the live music is fantastic, and we ate here several times, and the food was always very good. When I'm back in Rome, I'll definitely come back.
29/05/2025: The best cosmopolitan. And the food is also excellent!
