Very delicious cacio e pepe ! I haven't tested homemade Italian food but I believe it should be something close to this : The fagioli alla romana and la burrata with anchovies were memorable. The prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere would be better with some Italian music in the background rather than the staff chatting.

I was passing through and found this place for lunch.
Average food, caprese wasn't bad, with well-made mozzarella.
The cacio e pepe is also decent, a little not creamy perhaps.
I had a strawberry panna cotta for dessert, very good.
Negative note: they don't make coffee, too bad.
I found the bill of €31 to be fair and on average for Roman restaurants.

Food completely okay... Not special but okay for 10 to 15 euros.
Unfortunately there is no pizza.
Service... Well, we had to draw attention to our water again and we weren't looked after much either.
Totally okay for a snack... 1 liter wine, there are no other sizes... Well, I give that a 3

To begin with I want to say that the owner was very kind and extremely helpful as were the other guys who served us. The place is small and rustic, and in my opinion that's an advantage!
My partner and I came here just to eat a carbonara, which we were told was one of the best in Rome. I want to be honest, in the end the flavor was still good and the quantity generous, but I would have something to say about the execution of the dish, bacon too soft and the white of the egg??????? The dishes I saw ordered by other customers looked good, so, I will probably go back to try other dishes!!!
