A must-visit. A family-run trattoria that's been around for 60 years. Excellent food, excellent service, excellent atmosphere. Reasonable prices. They also have a daily special and dessert. Highly recommended.

Stelio, 91, makes a tour of the restaurant to say thank you. The icing on the cake of an exquisite lunch. Very fair prices, and it's no coincidence that it's frequented by locals.

19/01/2026: Intrigued by the excellent reviews, I decided to try this little place hidden in a Pisa alley. What can I say?! The location is truly welcoming, and the staff is impeccable, friendly, and attentive to every detail. The menu is incredibly interesting, varied, and anything but predictable. Finally, some dishes that are out of the ordinary, with new and bold flavors. Truly an unexpected surprise in the center of Pisa. I can't wait to go back to try the rest of the menu!
