We tried this trattoria one evening in August after some online research. It has a familiar and intimate atmosphere with just a few tables, and you dine outdoors in a small internal garden. Unfortunately, the menu offers little variety. We ordered a tasting of five appetizers, which varies according to availability. We then tried two meat-based first courses (not particularly good) and two excellent desserts, a honey seadas and a chocolate and pear tart. The final bill was a bit above average for a trattoria. Parking nearby.

The food was delicious, especially the culurgiones. The buffalo burrata was okay. The atmosphere is pleasant, even if the staff sometimes seems a bit stressed. Overall, a good restaurant that we can recommend.

While on vacation, we were looking for a restaurant to try typical Sardinian food. We found it! The menu changes daily, which means the ingredients are always fresh and very, very good! We tried dishes like Culurgiones, fregola, and spaghetti with crab sauce. It was a real surprise! Everything was delicious! For dessert, we tried the seada with honey and truffle with pistachio. We weren't big fans of the seada, but the truffle with pistachio was delicious! It was a great experience! I recommend it.

We went to Trattoria da Sara for our second evening; we requested porceddu when we made our reservation, and we couldn't have made a better choice! It was well-cooked, tender, with a crispy skin and very juicy, served with fragrant myrtle and baked potatoes. The service was attentive and courteous, and they handled the packed room perfectly! The atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxed! If you're passing through Olbia, you can't miss Sara's!

The setting is very nice and comfortable, the overall atmosphere is truly peaceful, and the service was perfect—everyone was very courteous and professional. The food was truly delicious, and the portions were generous; the price was also excellent, very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend it.

A nice place, with young people serving a bit out of control, long waits and fingers in the plates. Unfortunately the quality left me a bit so-so, seafood salad in oil, dried marinated anchovies ... Good cooking of the grill.

A truly positive experience! We were very satisfied. The staff was kind, welcoming, and friendly from the moment we arrived. The food was excellent, well-cooked, and generously portioned. There's a family atmosphere, simple yet authentic, just how we like it. I'd also add that we arrived half an hour before closing and they still seated us. Highly recommended, Samu & Gabri.

Every summer when I'm visiting Sardinia I'm going to eat with my wife at this amazing Trattoria da Sara. The staff was amazing every single time.🤩 The food is very tasty and the portions are quite big.🤤 We tried evry time a different dish and I can definitely say all of them are amazing, the hose wine is very tasty and I can say better the more expensive wines. 🍷I will always going to eat here when I will be in Olbia. I'm recommending this to everyone who want great tasty food in a very cosy place. I'm recommending you to make an reservation to make sure you will have an table. 🍽️

Excellent cuisine featuring the catch of the day, including the fried calamari fried in healthy oil. I recommend the spaghetti with clams and bottarga, enhanced with fresh cherry tomatoes. The secret garden, filled with plants that add a refreshing touch, is delightful. Highly recommended!

24/07/2025: We stayed at this hotel with my family for a short vacation. The location is excellent, both for the beaches and other activities. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Thanks to Alice for her willingness to answer any questions. When we arrived, Gaetano greeted us, showed us to our room, and explained everything clearly. The restaurant, including breakfast, is just steps away. Here, too, we found the staff friendly and helpful, the food excellent, and the breakfast buffet had everything and more. Special thanks to Enzo for his excellent dishes, and to Claudio for his hospitality in the restaurant. We had a small problem with the cold water, but they immediately took action to resolve it. A truly excellent experience! Thank you all!
23/07/2025: Excellent environment, well-kept and equipped with everything you need, discreet but very helpful staff for any request, we opted for half board and both breakfast and especially dinner were all excellent and very varied, all very much appreciated.

Zero Miglia

03/03/2025: Ho avuto modo di pranzare con alcuni parenti a Zero Miglia restandone abbastanza soddisfatto. Abbiamo preso il menù a prezzo fisso di 26 euro che prevedeva, 6 antipasti, 2 primi, 2 assaggi di e una frittura di pesce. I piatti sono fissi e non si può scegliere, comunque abbiamo apprezzato la qualità del pesce e i piatti proposti. I primi sono stai di buona qualità i due assaggi di secondo discreto ma non eccelsi. La frittura risultava gustosa ma forse troppo callosa per i miei gusti. Comunque il personale è gentile e i prezzi onesti.
17/11/2024: Abbiamo pranzato ieri sabato 16 novembre in questo ristorante. Non avendo prenotato ed essendo il locale pieno, ci hanno messo il lista del le 14 e grazie anche alla splendida giornata alle 14 e qualche minuto ci hanno fatto accomodare in un tavolo all'esterno. Tutto ottimo (antipasti caldi, orata, calamaro e mezzemaniche al coppo. Gentilissimo e simpatico il ragazzo addetto al nostro tavolo. Servizio abbastanza veloce prezzo giusto.
