Literally a stone's throw from the Delta hotel you will find this very welcoming trattoria.
Very good quality of raw materials and amazing dishes!
The menu changes every day based on the availability of the catch and the cuisine, this allows you to always eat different things and not have a monotonous menu.
They are very kind, very attentive and make you feel at home.
I spent a week in Olbia for work and I had every dinner here, I felt like I was hosted at a friend's house!

For work reasons I stayed for a week in a nearby hotel (Delta hotel).
Discovered by chance, it turned out to be a welcoming place where you can eat well and plentifully.
Convenient to reach on foot, without having to take the car to reach the center.
Friendly and hospitable staff.
Clean place.
Menu updated daily, offering tasty dishes.
Highly recommended!!!

Finalmente in Sardegna un posto dove si mangia bene e non ti spennano con il conto!

Wqlking distance from delta hotel, we reserved a table at TdSara. Nice garden with plastic chairs. Not the grandma and grandson translating menu anymore but wr code and 6 languages menu.
We ordered and it took them a while to brinb us the drinks and bread basket. Aperol €5 and 1 l water €2, 👍
Lovely antipasti burrata achovies to share. Than two pastas. Good too
Mains; burger and potatoes (cold) and gambas with sidesalad (had to ask the oil and vinegar which took at least 30 minutes)
We paid €90 for nothing fancy in italy…
Friendly waiters. But Italian guests were offered “specials”… which is strange.
