A trattoria from another era. 40 years suspended in time. Rosanna is unbeatable, a life dedicated to her place and her cooking. It's like going to eat at grandma's in Tuscany.

Located in the small town of Casale di Pari, this is the gastronomic hub of this quaint village in the upper Maremma. The restaurant isn't very large, but if the weather is favorable, Rosanna will set up a table for you in the open space in front. Reservations are essential on holidays and festivals, given its popularity with loyal customers. The quality/price ratio isn't great... MORE!
