If you are a true lover of Tuscan cuisine you can't miss Da Rocco, the restaurant is located inside the Sant'Ambrogio market, one of the most historic markets in Florence, so the Florentine atmosphere is top.
Peposo tripe lampredotto but not only meat first courses and fish on Fridays, I don't know what to recommend in particular, it's like eating at grandma's, everything is mopped up.
You can find yourself eating at a table with other people at the Florentine in the street next to the Japanese.
The service is special because it is family-run and this is noticeable because you feel at home, everyone is smiling, fast and friendly.
Da Rocco and you feel good, trust me.

We had lunch at this family-run spot inside the market and it felt super local and down to earth. The food was good, the staff was kind, and the dessert was our favorite part.
Only thing to note everything came out kind of lukewarm, not hot. But the flavors made up for it. Don’t skip the pere cotte for dessert. So simple, so good.

Ce restaurant, situé dans le marché de Sant'Ambrogio propose une cuisine populaire dans un cadre sympathique. Plats très simples, bon marché, parfait pour manger rapidement .

… muy frecuentado por gente del barrio, aquí hay poco turista. Las mesas se comparten con otros comensales, aunque dejan espacio suficiente.
La atención es buena, la comida (nosotros pedimos pasta y lasagna ) también está bien, y el precio es barato. Un lugar diferente a otros más turísticos en los que estuvimos en nuestra visita a Florencia.
