A typical 1980s trattoria, you walk in and step back in time, in the best possible way... It's a shame there's no "half menu" option; the portions are excellent and generous, and sometimes I'd like to be able to just have a first course, but I don't understand why I should have it with two side dishes?

It feels like "coming back to grandma's house," with vintage furnishings and a no-frills atmosphere. Homestyle Italian cuisine features classic dishes like bigoli, ragù, pork shank, gnocchi, and simple, hearty meat/fish dishes. The portions are generous and the value is excellent. The set lunch menu is excellent (first course, second course, side dish, water/wine, and coffee at a very reasonable €14).
