We had dinner tasting the sarde beccafico, pasta alla norma and pasta with sardines and fennel. The dishes are simple and genuine, typical of home cooking. Very very light bill.

This was, undoubtedly, the best meal in two weeks of driving around Sicily. Food was excellent, in particular the caponata, spaghetti with aubergine & sausage, and an incredibly fresh mackerel. The owner is very nice, and speaks good English. Shame we only found it on our way to the airport, or else would probably have gone again.

Simple, modest trattoria, just the way I like them. No pomp but genuine traditional dishes. Excellent value for money. I loved sharing dinner with other people. If you are in Palermo, call and book.

da Pino is the typical trattoria of the past.
Top traditional cuisine, kindness and courtesy mixed with decidedly old-fashioned furnishings. It is absolutely worth trying and trying again!!!

A wonderful place with soul where locals eat. For four people, four spaghetti with drinks - 32 euros. Unheard of in other places. Very good food

Poco da dire, cibo onesto, servizio veloce, atmosfera molto piacevole, spartana e familiare a prezzi incredibili (con 20 euro mangi antipasto primo e secondo).
Astenersi aspiranti food blogger e sedicenti gastronauti, qua si mangia bene senza pretese.
Da provare almeno una volta se siete a Palermo!

Table simple sympathique. Le menu égrené lentement en italien par le patron est très marin. Choisi des involtini de sardine, puis des calamars frits. Voir photos. Avec une carafe de vin de la maison et un café, le prix reste très raisonnable pour Palerme. J'y reviendrai.
