Very old place, many locals go to it. Be sure to book a table. But how the institution is overestimated for me. The food was not tasty for me.

A truly authentic trattoria, loud and fun. Delicious fish and pasta, and a superb torta for dessert. Excellent value for money. Reservations recommended.

Solid local pasta and warmly/home comforting vibes. Old school vibes with the restaurant setting. Food tasted authentic! Would recommend ordering their aubergine appetiser and a pasta (we ordered glassa). Very affordable prices as well.

A very classic and nostalgic trattoria. The owners spoke English and made their best to make us feel welcomed. They came and showed photos of each food item to make sure that we understood what we ordered. Very affordable and overall great 😃. High Recommend!

Genuinely one of my favourite restaurants ever. An amazing blend of genuine Sicilian dining, whilst being open and welcoming to tourists. Fantastic Sicilian food, kept simple and executed well. More of an experience than just a restaurant.

Recommended by our Airbnb host and it was so good we went twice in 4 days. Great place to try Sicilian food in all its glory, staff were fantastic too. Recommend reserving a table when you’re in Palermo.

Si quieres sumergirte en una auténtica trattoria siciliana del pasado, si quieres compartir la mesa (y el ambiente) con la gente real de Palermo, si quieres comer buena cocina local (gastando muy poco)... es difícil encontrar algo mejor que esta auténtica e histórica trattoria. ¡Tienes que probarlo! P. S. Llega temprano o haz una reserva si quieres evitar esperar en la fila.

Table simple sympathique. Le menu égrené lentement en italien par le patron est très marin. Choisi des involtini de sardine, puis des calamars frits. Voir photos. Avec une carafe de vin de la maison et un café, le prix reste très raisonnable pour Palerme. J'y reviendrai.
