When there's no free table inside, you can sit outside, sheltered by a veranda, and you'll be treated with all the attention.
A restaurant with a good menu, combining pleasant flavors and traditional local flavors, and a good red wine that warms your stomach and helps you absorb the dishes served.
The service is polite, courteous, and efficient, the bill is fair. Well done, we'll definitely return to try the witch's soup.

Yesterday we had lunch at this trattoria; we couldn't have made a better choice! For starters, a lovely platter of game cured meats, each one better than the last. The bruschetta with pecorino cheese, honey, and coffee was a wonderful surprise! The first courses were truly magical: the wild boar ragù was truly fantastic, and the maltagliati with porcini mushrooms and sausage was a real treat! For the main course, a pork stew with wine that melted in your mouth. Kudos to all the staff, and a special thank you from our dog, too.

Today we visited Todi, a beautiful village in Umbria. We stopped for lunch at Piero and Silvana's trattoria. We enjoyed delicious farmer's soup, bruschetta with pecorino cheese, pancetta, and exceptional chicory. The place is small and very welcoming. Reservations are recommended.

A very small but charming place, excellent food, and cheerful and polite staff. Prices were reasonable, as we were working as workers, so they offered us a lunch menu for €20, including a first course, second course, side dish, and water. The quality of the food was truly excellent, my cacio e pepe was truly one of the best I've ever had. Highly recommended.

A group of six of us made a detour during our trip following positive reviews, and we can assure you we were thoroughly satisfied. Tasty bruschetta, delicious cuisine, excellent and well-prepared meats, and very helpful and attentive staff.

At Piero and Silvana's, you don't just go to eat: you enter a story.
The appetizers begin, where the game speaks an ancient and profound language, while the vegetarian dish responds with balance and grace, demonstrating that raw materials, when respected, need not be overdone.
Then come the gnocchi with ragù, full, enveloping, sincere: a dish that doesn't chase time, but rather governs it.
And finally, the Witch's Soup.
Not just a dish, but a small ritual: served against an enchanting backdrop, it releases an almost mystical, primordial flavor, capable of evoking woods, fire, and silence. An experience that lingers more than it does when tasted.
The steak, followed by its side dish, authoritatively closes the experience: intelligently chosen meat, expertly treated, without ever betraying its essence. Here, quality isn't flaunted, it's felt.
In the dining room, a familiar atmosphere from days gone by, that rare feeling of being guests and not customers. The staff accompanies you with attention and warmth, without being intrusive, like those who understand the value of time and listening.

Reservations are required, and the restaurant is almost entirely run by Silvana, the creator of exquisite dishes. We recommend the charcuterie board, the maltagliati with mushrooms and sausage, the grilled meat, and, above all, the croccantino, the best dessert we've had in Todi. The house wine is also noteworthy (and not often served).
