During our week-long vacation in the Viterbo area, we dined at this excellent restaurant twice! Homemade cuisine, superb ingredients used to prepare dishes from appetizer to dessert, quality restaurateurs who cook with passion and extensive experience, all topped off with extreme courtesy and friendliness... what more could you ask for? I highly recommend it!

Nice cozy restaurant with lots of history, as they have been in business for more than 100 years (haven't fact checked but my grandfather used to eat here many many years ago) I had an Amatriciana pasta which was amazing! The side dishes with vegetables are also very yummy! The staff is friendly and polite. If ever in Vetralla this restaurant is a must try!

A pleasant trattoria (we dined on the veranda), serving tasty, plentiful traditional local dishes. The service was courteous and welcoming, but there were a few distractions/oversights, even though it wasn't crowded (close to closing time during the week). We returned twice, out of three evenings in Vetralla, because it was better, in terms of food and prices, than other recommended restaurants.

I stop by every Friday with my partner. To say that everything is good is an understatement. You have to stop by to eat, you'll always be back. The price and the food are like at a local trattoria. The traditional first and second courses, with Norcia cured meats, are sublime. Go, you won't regret it. I go to many places to eat, but on Fridays, returning from the Viterbo spa, it's now a must!
