You know I'm very reluctant to give out so many stars ⭐️, but at this Sampierdarenese trattoria in Genoa, the food is truly excellent! Typical Piedmontese specialties (today, for example, I'd like to mention the ossobuco with mashed potatoes, amaretti bunèt desserts, and zabaglione with biscuits)... Carefully prepared cuisine managed by a skilled old-fashioned chef! The place is welcoming, clean, and the price is in line with the quality! Fast and friendly service and courtesy! So, gentlemen, a "Munsù" trattoria! 👏🏼👍

The owner is very nice. I didn't ask for the menu, but I never do. The food is very homely and traditional. I had the spaghetti with deer meat which was very good . Though I didn't like the fact that they charged us for regular water not even bottled water . Service is good

I've been coming to this trattoria since I was little, and it feels like home to me. It's the kind of place that reminds me of Sunday family lunches, with a menu that blends Liguria and Piedmont, always excellent.
The place is small but always busy, and it's not hard to see why. They also offer gluten-free pasta, which I greatly appreciate.
My favorite dishes are pasta with venison, wild boar, or mushroom sauce, roast beef, veal with tuna sauce, and panna cotta: you can't go wrong.
The prices are fair, and the service is like being at home. We're not talking about a Michelin-starred restaurant, but a place that pampers you and makes you feel at home every time.
