Trattoria da Momolo In Chioggia

Very friendly service. We were the first guests that evening. We had a view of a beautiful sunset. We had seafood and mussels. Both were very good.

This is the right place for anyone looking for traditional, simple, and local cuisine.

Very good. The cover charge is a bit pricey, but they also serve polenta with the fried food. Prices are reasonable. Parking is a bit difficult, but the atmosphere is very nice.

Quite a nice place. No dogs allowed. Small menu—but not a bad one. Right on the fishing harbor.

Before leaving for the beach, I checked out the restaurants... What really struck me was this trattoria... It's located in the neighborhood near the port of Sottomarina... It's a very small place, so you have to make a reservation, so I did on Thursday... We arrived at the trattoria, and my reservation wasn't there, so we were seated outside... in the area where dogs are allowed... Obviously, the inside is much more comfortable... but the sunset made up for the mix-up... The fish was high-quality and, above all, fresh... I had the gnocchi with seafood sauce... truly excellent, and so was the octopus... My husband, on the other hand, had the spaghetti with clams and the mixed fried fish... which, if there were a little more, wouldn't have hurt... I'd say the quality-price ratio for the food was decent. Anyway, the atmosphere was very peaceful and even romantic...

In un giro verso il mare con due amici, prenotiamo un tavolino per un pranzo in compagnia: ottimo tutto, dagli spaghetti con vongole veraci al baccalà in bianco e al pescato ai ferri. Cortese e puntuale il servizio, improntato a grande cordialità, e davvero buono il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Meritatissima la fama di questa storica trattoria!
