Staff was really nice and friendly, rooms and bathroom were really clean 👌, no smell on the corridors, clean and fresh breakfast setup, you will not regret booking here. ❤️

The hotel itself was fine. The room was clean with no smells. The overnight front desk worker was really nice and tried to help when the ev charger spot was occupied. The 4 star is about the ev charger. It is unreasonably expensive to the point it feels like a scam. The app for the ev charger does not tell you the price until you deposit money into your account. Then IT'S 10 DOLLARS PER HOUR FOR A LEVEL 2 CHARGER. I PUT IN 15 DOLLARS AND ONLY GOT 10% CHARGE. So, caution to EV drivers who think they will be able to charge overnight. Just go to a nearby fast charger instead and save the money.

I would have preferred a room facing the front lot opposed to the rear lot because there were five vans from the same company out back while I was there and the guys were noisy until 9 P.M., but that was timing and circumstance.

Hotel is showing it's age. Definitely not a 4 star property. Elevators sound like they are going to fail at any time. If you make a airport shuttle request, make sure the time is confirmed. I made a request for 5:30am the day before and was assured that it was the time and was told the next morning that they only run on the hour. They also must have changed their bath towels as they are hard and rough, like sandpaper. I stay here multiple times a year, but no more.

Front desk staff after 3 on 1/16-17 were very unhelpful! Acted like we were bothering them! Bedbugs found in bathtub;(video sent to hotel) no luggage rack; requested one, never came. No coffee in lobby late am; trashcan to small;; wet floors in lobby (it snowed) and we had to ask them to clean so people don’t slip; walkways not cleared of snow at side entrances; breakfast closed up - girl at desk said hrs were 7- 10 everyday; no! 7-9; we missed it! Staff Sunday and Monday before 3 were very good. Never stay again.
