We returned for the second time after 3 years because we had retained excellent memories of the place. Michele's traditional cuisine met our expectations this time too. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was delicious, not the usual jumble of food but the flavors of the ingredients used can be perfectly distinguished. We highly recommend trying this place All accompanied by a kind and friendly welcome and service.

Excellent place to eat quality local products, meat, cured meats, cheeses, etc. The Marchigiana carpaccio is excellent even if not included in the menu. Excellent bulk red wine, which in my opinion is very important to accompany meat and cheeses and make them more digestible. Advised

A great restaurant! The dishes are simple but very tasty, prepared with fresh, local ingredients of excellent quality! The welcoming service and hospitality made me feel at home. absolutely worth coming back!

Trovato per caso dopo visita allo zoo e siamo pienamente soddisfatti. Personale cortese ed accogliente. Abbiamo preso direttamente i primi ed erano tutti eccezionali, mio figlio di 5 anni si è divorato una tagliatella al ragù di cinghiale, il che significa che era ottima. Gli altri due primi ottimi davvero, la carne ottima ed il vino davvero gradevole. Ottima esperienza

25/02/2025: Dream location, after our wedding we returned several times as guests and exclusive events organized by the management, dishes always at the top, elegant and tasty, the management and the staff are always attentive to requests, I advise you to have an experience at least once you won't regret it
15/02/2025: Every time we return to Samnium we don't want to go home. The environment is of impeccable refinement and care. The large environment of each room gives you the sensation of being outdoors. We got married in 2018 in winter and in addition to having had the privilege of an impeccable wedding, we had the same treatment at subsequent events. The cuisine is always updated and innovative. In the attachment I will present the dishes of the evening of February 14, 2025. In addition to the visual beauty there is the goodness of the palate. The accompanying music was a pleasure throughout the evening, never annoying while talking and conversing. Thanks to the chef and his team for giving us a delicious culinary experience. To Salvatore and Guido for making our stay always beautiful. Thank you!

09/02/2025: This place has an ancient history in the city's restaurants and you can feel it!! Chef Sara revives traditional Beneventan dishes, revisited in a modern key; in fact, only here is it possible to find new versions of the classic stuffed pepper and the pan!! The croquettes made rigorously by the chef (not frozen) are also fantastic, without considering the seasonal choice of focaccias. The focaccias you will find here are the true protagonists of the house; produced from the ancient family recipe in the family oven!! Divine!! If all this isn't enough for you, consider that the very friendly and knowledgeable Jessica, with her expertise, will recommend the right wine to pair with each dish!! An experience definitely worth doing again and again!! The best!!
