The location is beautiful, with a stunning view. The staff is attentive, and the prices are quite reasonable. The pizzas are excellent, and the restaurant is more than good. It's uncomfortable when it's hot, as the space (under a large awning) is poorly ventilated.

A fantastic place right in the small village of San Gregorio di Capo d'Orlando. The freshest fish is cooked with passion by chef Santino and served with warmth by owner Matteo. It goes without saying that every time we're in the area, eating at Matteo's is a must for the exquisite food and the kindness of Matteo and his entire staff. And of course, we must mention pizza chef Ciccio, who turns out fabulous, enormous pizzas. A highly recommended restaurant and pizzeria.

16/05/2026: Really happy with the service, quality of the pizza and prices. No coperto imposed even if the restaurant is in one of the most touristic cities of Italy, Taormina. Highly recommended
