How wonderful! We were looking for a place in Trieste where we could sample the most characteristic Triestine dishes.
We were greeted with a smile by the owner and staff, who were truly attentive to their customers' needs.
We had the opportunity to sample cured meats, artisanal cheeses, local pasta dishes, and desserts (my Gubana with a glass of grappa will remain etched in my memory forever).
I'll be back as soon as possible. Well done Mara.

Traditional dishes cooked simply yet deliciously. Delicious cjarsons, tasty and balanced frico with polenta, and incredibly tender pork cheeks. Service is prompt, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is welcoming—you'll feel right at home.

Everything was perfect!! The entire staff was incredibly kind. The goulash with cream gnocchi was truly delicious, and the frico with polenta was delicious. Overall, the food was top-notch. A very welcoming place with a truly pleasant atmosphere. Prices were average.

A small trattoria, not far from the center but away from the tourist hotspots. Run by Mara, who serves you directly in a friendly and determined manner, this small business offers typical Friulian cuisine. The portions aren't particularly large. It's worth trying the typical dishes (fico, salami al acero), which are very tasty. The desserts were also very good. The service is friendly and prompt.

Small, family-run restaurant serving traditional Friulian cuisine. Reservations are recommended. We visited this restaurant six days ago during a vacation in Trieste to enjoy local cuisine, and it fully met our expectations. Besides the quality of the food, we recommend this restaurant for the kindness of Mara and the entire staff.
