Located in one if the most popular areas of Roma, Trastevere, this quiet little gem offers you one of the most authentic experiences. Family owned and has been there since 1938. It was so worth it ❤️

We stopped at this trattoria in an alleyway on the edge of the "nightlife" of Trastevere. The pecorino appetizer with honey: very good, but I would recommend putting a little more honey on the dish. The bombolotti all'amatriciana were, unfortunately, a disappointment: the tomato sauce was loose, it didn't seem cooked properly; the pieces of bacon are really scarce, I have seen dishes in other taverns where there were perhaps three times as many. The lamb is very good, perhaps for the price it is you could even add an extra piece. Also, in one of the 3 pieces, there was a completely raw part. Overall, we didn't eat badly, but not very well either; probably, given the great choice of Trastevere, I wouldn't return here.

It’s is always a pleasure to be at Da Lucia. It reminds me of my whole life. Quiet location in Trastevere, very good and typical Roman food

Had the bombolotti all’amatriciana and I was not disappointed. Every bite was a delight, highly recommend! The area outside is lovely for dinner/at sunset but requires booking.

Food was delicious. My kids finished every last morsel. Love the fact that only one person spoke English, but they were all super warm & friendly.

A very quiet place to be in Trastevere, as it is not in the busiest part of the neighborhood. The food was good but the only drawback is that the menu is not very extensive and some dishes could no longer be offered, and it is also not worth going to lunch very late.

The restaurant is a little hidden compared to others in the area, but the service is top notch and the typically Roman dishes are excellent.

24/07/2024: Buona trattoria Classica romana. Piatti della tradizione, ma sono disponibili anche piatti a base di pesce. Sala interna climatizzata e un dehor esterno con alcuni tavoli. Io ho scelto : Polpette di carne con peperoni , buone ma ingredienti un po’ slegati, le polpette erano un po’ fredde all’interno. Bucatini all’amatriciana, veramente ottimo il sugo, fosse stata al dente sarebbe stata perfetta. Avrei voluto provare i dolci ma i piatti scelti e le porzioni abbondanti non l’hanno reso possibile. Servizio classico con piatti enunciati a voce ma cortese ed efficiente Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
06/07/2024: Personale cordiale, anche se una proposta di menù dovrebbe sempre essere portata, quantomeno per visionare i prezzi. Nel complesso buoni gli antipasti come anche i primi proposti.
