Excellent experience: kindness, quality, and flavor! Our table of 15 was completely satisfied, and even us vegetarians/vegans enjoyed a delicious meal: bruschetta with truffle, porcini mushrooms, and potatoes (dreamy), fresh mushroom pasta, and chestnut and chickpea soup. The staff was helpful, welcoming, and generous (they gave us their precious chestnut bread), genuinely interested in satisfying everyone's preferences (even that of a 1.5-year-old). It's rare to find a place like this!

If you eat mushrooms here, it'll be really hard to eat them anywhere else! TOP! I loved every bite 🥹

I had lunch at this trattoria and found the owners very friendly and professional. I had a first course made with water and flour, with porcini mushrooms and sausage (boscaiola), which was very good. For the second course, the veal with porcini mushrooms was decent. All washed down with a quart of wine 🍷

A restaurant I've wanted to try for years, but for one reason or another, I've always found it closed for rest or fully booked. Today we finally got to have lunch at Linetta in Canepina, and I must say the wait was worth it. The cuisine is simple yet refined, with dishes that showcase local flavors. The handmade pasta (fieno and cigiliani) with ragu or porcini sauces were truly excellent and rich in flavor. The chicory in particular, seasoned and cooked to perfection, was a tasty surprise.

A unique experience at this restaurant in Canepina, recommended to us by several people. The hospitality and kindness, but above all, the dishes are sublime, a blast from the past. The hay with ragù is moving, delicate, and flavorful. The mushrooms are truly excellent, both the porcini mushrooms carpaccio and the grilled porcini mushrooms or stew. We'll definitely be returning to try other specialties! The icing on the cake are the absolutely fair prices!
