Trattoria Da Linetta In Canepina

I came across it by chance on my way to my destination. Even though we came just before closing time, everyone was smiling and kind. I ordered the traditional spaghetti and my wife ordered the gnocchi. It was served quickly and was very delicious! I ate at many different restaurants during my one-week trip to Italy, but I thought this was one of the best!

Today I came for the second time and both times have been very satisfactory. The dishes, exquisite. The menu is an elaborate, original, innovative menu, but without losing sight of the local culinary tradition and using typical seasonal and local products. The service, superior, advising and guiding without ever being invasive. They are professionals and it shows. The place itself is nice, tidy, clean and, thankfully, without loud music, which makes it easier to chat and interact with your table companions. I strongly recommend Trattoria da Linetta.

We went this weekend and in addition to eating very well, we were welcomed with great professionalism and friendliness. A must go if you are in the area.

Siamo stati su consiglio di amici che sono clienti abituali. La cucina è quella di una volta, semplice ma gustosa e ben eseguita, per di più a prezzi accessibili. Fieno ai funghi superlativo, così come la carne. Davvero ottimo, torneremo sicuramente.

Fantastic restaurant, local dishes, the Canepinese hay is wonderful. Homemade family cooking. Local wine list. External station. Convenient parking outside the restaurant. The staff is very kind and friendly. Location to absolutely try.

We visited from Spain and had the best dinner in our entire trip in Trattoria Da Linetta. Wonderful service with explanations on all dishes, great ingredients and elaborations.

We had heard about it from friends and when we found ourselves in the area, we called hoping to find a place for two people, and we found it. The thing that strikes you as soon as you enter, however, is the spontaneity and friendliness of the owners which I must say is not always a given. They recommended something extra to the menu and I must say that the starters of pie with porcini mushrooms and the artichoke and parmesan tartare with various bruschettas was a nice start. My husband had a first course of hay pasta with excellent asparagus and speck and a lamb huntsman style, while I had porcini mushrooms and potatoes, a not insignificant thing they brought us warm rosemary bread, we finished with trifle and marron glacé. I can hardly dare to say that everything was excellent, but this time I can't help myself. Price normal. Super recommended, at least we will definitely be back to try more.

Sono stato in questa trattoria il giorno 21/12/24 con un amico per pranzo. Location molto ordinata e pulita. Il locale è rustico ma allo stesso tempo moderno. Tavoli ordinati e ben distanziati tra loro. Il punto forte l’ho trovato nel servizio che è composto da un personale molto professionale. I camerieri sono stati disponibili, gentili e con una grande attenzione al cliente che per me è stata piacevole e non invasiva il che è molto raro da trovare altrove. Ho ordinato un antipasto misto di salumi, formaggi e bruschette costituito da prodotti locali, un primo di pasta di fieno con condimento in bianco di Lepre e pecorino, un secondo di agnello alla cacciatora con contorno di patate al forno e un dolce di millefoglie con ripieno di cioccolato e crema. Il cibo è stato davvero ottimo, soprattutto l’alta qualità e la freschezza dei prodotti. I bagni li ho trovati pulitissimi e con tutto l’occorrente per l’igiene. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Locale che mi segnerò tra la lista delle mie trattorie preferite nella Tuscia.
