I visited the Da Linetta restaurant in Canepina, where I had the pleasure of tasting the true star of the show: Canepina hay. I kindly asked to taste small samples with different toppings… and every dish was a discovery: sublime flavors, executed with mastery and a love of tradition.
An experience that goes beyond lunch: it's a journey into the culinary history of the area.

Siamo stati su consiglio di amici che sono clienti abituali. La cucina è quella di una volta, semplice ma gustosa e ben eseguita, per di più a prezzi accessibili. Fieno ai funghi superlativo, così come la carne. Davvero ottimo, torneremo sicuramente.
