Graziano is a guarantee. It often happens that you go to a good restaurant and eat very well, then come back and feel like you've come to the wrong place. Here, the quality has been consistent for decades. I've been eating the same pecorara for 25 years now, and that's not a given. In my opinion, it's among the best in Terni and beyond. It may not be cheap, but the price is fair and commensurate with the quality of the ingredients.
