A lovely lunch in a traditional restaurant nestled in the center of Castelnuovo ne' Monti.
The tartare was excellent, the tagliata was exceptional, tender and flavorful, and the crunchy baked potatoes were delicious.
Quality cured meats, aged culaccia, and excellent pancetta.
Good wine cellar, friendly service.
Excellent value for money.
Recommended.

Yesterday I had lunch with some old friends... the food was really excellent, from the starters to the homemade first courses, the roast meats, all with good wine... the price was also excellent.

Everything is expertly prepared, respecting the ingredients and tradition. The charcuterie board is top-notch, the fresh homemade pasta is remarkable, and I could perhaps improve on the desserts. Top-notch service, professional staff, and fair prices.

These are beautiful areas, and discovering this osteria will only make me want to visit more often.
Reserve a reservation if you go.
The place isn't large, but it's tastefully and elegantly decorated.
The same goes for the dishes; the chef is truly top-notch, as are the ingredients.
Let the young owner advise you; he'll do it with experience and honesty.
It was truly a pleasant lunch.

Yesterday I went to lunch with my husband at this restaurant, which I discovered by chance, and I have to say it was a wonderful experience.
We had cappelletti al brodo, tagliatelle with Fassona beef ragù, sausages in wine, and grilled pecorino cheese: everything was excellent, and I recommend it to anyone passing through.
Quality food, but overall light.
