It's been a long time since I went there, it was nice to go back.
The food was good and well presented, the service was fast and well looked after, the atmosphere was the same as always. The bill also presented no surprises.

In visita a Livorno, desideriamo dopo un bel po' di anni riassaporare un piatto che a queste latitudini si chiama cacciucco e viste le positive recensioni eccoci qua'.
Il locale è molto gradevole, stile vecchia trattoria ma pulito ed ordinato. Il piatto in oggetto, ottimo ed in congrua quantita, tante' che poi riusciamo a degustare solo lo squisito ponce, apprezzato anche il rosso toscano. In sala troviamo competenza e cordialita'. Il conto relativamente elevato ma ci sta'. Quindi w il cacciucco!

Da Galileo restaurant in Livorno is a real culinary jewel. Located in a welcoming and characteristic location, it offers a menu full of typical traditional Tuscan dishes, made with the freshest, high-quality ingredients.
The service is impeccable, with staff courteously attentive to the needs of each customer. Among the specialties, I highly recommend the seafood and homemade pasta, which are served with sauces rich in flavor.
Da Galileo is a gastronomic experience not to be missed in Livorno!

Gentlemen, the spaghetti with clams are out of this world, the cacciucco is equally delicious and the caught fish is delicious, the service is just the way I like it, simple and courteous!!!! Well done
