The tagliatelle with fresh porcini mushrooms are a real treat for the palate and the fried mushrooms absolutely incredible. A light fried dish, not greasy at all, which does not remain on the stomach, all accompanied by a good house wine. The stewed wild boar is also amazing, it melts in your mouth.
