We're on vacation with my family in Modica and found this family-run trattoria, where you can enjoy the delicacies of local cuisine. Authentic dishes, well-prepared by the owner's wife, and generous portions.
I must emphasize Mr. Fabio's kindness and professionalism.
Reservations are always required, and parking is available on the street. I highly recommend this place, and I hope to return soon!

We visited Trattoria da Fabio, a little gem where from the first moment you're greeted with great kindness and courtesy by the owner, Fabio.
We were looking for something typical of the area and took his advice: a perfect choice!
From appetizers to dessert, every dish truly surprised us with its flavor, quality, and care in preparation.
You can sense his love for cooking and attention to detail.
The place is clean, welcoming, and exudes a family atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease.

Very welcoming, simple, and clean place.
There were 8 of us, and we were all welcomed by the very friendly owner, Fabio.
He's the soul of the tavern; you can immediately tell how much care and passion he puts into serving each table.
Recommended for anyone who wants to savor the deliciousness of traditional Sicilian dishes.

The place is simple, but very nice and above all clean. The menu is rich in traditional Sicilian dishes, from fresh pasta with macco di fave, to tripe. We had the house appetizer, I had pasta alla norma which due to an inconvenience was kindly replaced with a good fresh pasta, seasoned with chopped sausage and flavored breadcrumbs. My husband ordered ravioli with ricotta in a bed of tomato sauce. The lamb arrosticini are excellent. The owner is very kind and attentive, as well as professional. Excellent value for money. Recommended!!!!!

Excellent tavern, for food and hospitality! Run by a couple who prepares food with love and dedication that is perceived in the care they put into the preparation and presentation of the dishes! A hidden gem where I highly recommend trying the dishes of the true Modica tradition! Very good! I will be back soon!

Excellent trattoria, typical and quality cuisine, with authentic aromas. A table finally covered, a menu still fortunately on paper and real dishes instead of the tiles that are so fashionable now. Excellent and tasty house red wine. Fair prices and the owner kind and helpful. The tripe? Delicious! On par with the caponata.

Siamo andati domenica di Pasqua, Leggendo le recensioni positive siamo rimasti soddisfatti del Buon cibo fresco e dal proprietario molto gentile,si è prestato ad aiutarci perché non trovavamo parcheggio. abbiamo ordinato il cannolo siciliano, e non avendo chiesto, Ci siamo accorti dopo che c'era la cannella e lui molto gentilmente mi ha riportato un altro non facendolo pagare. una persona molto gentile molto disponibile e sicuramente ci torneremo!! l'agnello superlativo e i primi piatti veramente molto buoni e la ricotta del cannolo eccezionale.
