I don't usually do this, but this time I wanted to publish photos of what 5 friends tasted at Antica Trattoria da Doro. Dishes prepared with care, in which we all perceived the passion of those who prepared them, the attention to detail, the search for the best and quality ingredients... We traveled a few kilometers to have lunch, but it was certainly worth it. The place is welcoming and familiar, the people who served were friendly, kind and knowledgeable. The wine recommended to us was excellent and, finally, the bill. Absolutely in line with the quality of what we ate and with our expectations! We will return as soon as possible, recommending this restaurant to everyone.

A truly wonderful discovery, an excellent restaurant with natural wines and local ingredients. I recommend the baked quail and the white rabbit ragù. The staff is incredibly friendly and the quality/price ratio is excellent. If you enjoyed the wine, you can take a bottle home at wine shop prices!

We stumbled upon this trattoria by chance, on the road to Arsiè. We were greeted with a smile, even though we hadn't booked. The dining room is charming and intimate. The dishes are authentic: melt-in-your-mouth roast beef with a delicate roast sauce, rabbit salad. I initially wanted to order a flake, but was asked for a 20-minute wait, a sign that it wasn't properly reheated. It's a shame we were in a bit of a hurry. The desserts were also very good: yogurt mousse with red fruits, saccharin cake. Kudos to you for your passion and use of high-quality ingredients.

Top-notch throughout, great ambiance, very friendly service, and superb food. You can always rely on slow food. The caponata with goat's ricotta was outstanding, as was the rabbit liver pâté with sweet warm bread. For starters, delicious pasta with minced rabbit ragù and cold spaghetti with puréed panzanella – a cool idea. For dessert, a semifreddo with casata siciliana and a Greek yogurt with blueberries made with whipped cream – both were divine. Very good espresso and a pleasant glass of wine.

Pranzo con amici. Abbiamo preso piatti diversi. Io ho preso uova e asparagi e coniglio disossato bollito. Mi aspettavo un passaggio al forno più consistente del coniglio che comunque era buono. Carta dei vini discreta anche se a mio avviso migliorabile. Abbiamo preso bollicina di Hadelger pas dosè. Buono il servizio. Prezzo in linea con la qualità.
