Great find in Venice…food was excellent from prosciutto appetizer to entrees to tiramisu dessert. Friendly and warm service.

We celebrated our friend's birthday. Excellent food and wine were served by friendly staff, creating a wonderful atmosphere for the evening. It was a lovely end to a successful trip. We definitely recommend this trattoria. Be sure to reserve a table. Apparently, others also know that Dennis is a good restaurant.

Very good food! Very helpful staff! Try the carbonara and shrimp tagliatelle. And for dessert, the homemade tiramisu and the pistachio semifreddo!

What a gem! Our last dinner in Venice was perfect at Trattoria da Denis. If you want a genuine, delicious and authentic homemade pasta and fresh fish dinner, look no further than Trattoria da Denis. Carla was our wonderful waitress and made us feel like family. We highly recommend it!!!

Decepcionante: servicio y comida promedio, no hay mucho ambiente. Estoy sorprendido pero las críticas que dicen lo contrario. Muchas mejores Trattorias en Venecia. El personal no parecía importarle y la pasta estaba bien, pero nada especial, caro para lo que es.

Restaurant un peu à l'écart de la foule et qui vaut le détour. Très bon accueil de la part du personnel. On retrouve les classiques de la cuisine locale, c'est bon, bien présenté et suffisamment copieux. Et le tout pour un prix correct. Excellent rapport qualité prix et sur Venise c'est plutôt rare...

23/05/2025: The best meal we had in Venice. We ordered two meat and vegetable platters just right for six people to share, and everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. Great service, too, despite arriving just before closing time. 100% recommended.
17/05/2025: Very nice place, not so crowded as in the touristic part of Venice (as it is located in canarezzio). It serves big and tasty portions but, it's a little bit overpriced! The atmosphere is just exceptional, especially at sunset.
