Everything was very good. The service was also excellent. Unpretentious yet high-quality. As tourists, with all the restaurants in Venice, it's difficult to make the right choice when you don't know the area. Well, this restaurant, chosen at random, delighted us. I highly recommend it.

We were looking for a nice little restaurant for our first night in Venice, and it's not easy to find the right place in the tourist areas... We wanted simple but high-quality cuisine to discover Venetian dishes. We made the right choice! We were warmly welcomed and served, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and we had a lovely time in a simple and welcoming setting. The octopus and spaghetti with prawns were delicious, and the pistachio dessert of the day was a real treat. All this was accompanied by a glass of white wine recommended by the waitress, which was perfect. We paid €84 for two, which might seem a bit pricey, but it was worth it. If we were to do it again, we would definitely eat at Trattoria Denis. P.S.: For those who are sensitive to the cold, go without hesitation; the temperature is ideal, and after a long day in the cold, it feels wonderful.
