Amazing cod. Very high prices for a normal salary. But it's like this everywhere now.

Good cod, sufficient service, environment in need of renovation or at least care

Excellent Venetian cuisine restaurant. Quality of food and particularly kind staff are the strong points of this place. I recommend the Vicenza-style cod and the creamed one but the former are also very good.

The cod in its various versions is very good

2 appetizers based on creamed cod (among other things, it was rather hard to be creamed - perhaps old? -) a tagliolini with cod a plate of mushroom cream - very salty and, in my opinion, made with Knor stock cube - water = €55 It seems a bit much to me, especially at home at night, perhaps due to the creamed cod not being fresh, perhaps due to the Knor stock cube, I was retching. €55

I find it incorrect not to give menus with prices,

I am a frequent customer of this restaurante and I know it since my childhood and they serve just few traditional dishes but the quality for food and service did not change. This is a traditional ans simple family managed “trattoria” and for me it is the reference for baccalá ala vicentina, a typical dish from Vicenza made with the stickfish from Lofoten Islands (Norway). This traditional dish requires a long and elaborated preparation and I love it. I also love the spaghetti with bottarga&baccalá, try then because it is a gorgeous dish as well. They offer also a good selection of local and other Italian wines. Reservation is mandatory because they do not open every day and the place is frequently visited by locals (like me despite now I live in Milan).
