A legendary trattoria that stands the test of time, carrying forward the most authentic Vicenza culinary tradition. The service staff is exquisite, always attentive and lively. The food is exquisite and delicious, especially the cod, made the old-fashioned way: authentic, genuine, and delicious. How beautiful, how talented, how great! Always a top choice.

Excellent restaurant. I tried the cod in all the dishes offered: pure excellence. With more than fair prices, I'd say you can't go wrong with Culata.

Tried it with three friends. The atmosphere is classic trattoria with an outdoor patio for dining al fresco in season. The menu is quite limited. Based on reviews, we ordered tagliolini with bottarga and cod, which were excellent, and the baccalà alla vicentina, which is confirmed as the best I've ever had—and many say it's the best in the province. This time, however, I didn't order the creamed cod appetizer, which two friends ordered. I'm not crazy about it and have found it rather heavy to digest in the past. The side dishes were good; I didn't try the desserts, but the coffee was very good. With the baccalà alla vicentina, we ordered two bottles of Vespaiolo, which paired well with the dish. Service was very friendly and quick; reservations are essential. There are very few parking spaces outside, and finding parking in the area isn't easy. We paid €52.50 each; I'd say prices here typically range from €50 to €60 per person. I'm very satisfied with the excellent quality of the tagliolini and cod and will definitely return, although it must be said that, considering the type of restaurant, despite the undeniable quality of the dishes, the prices could be a little lower.

Hi everyone...my mother's family emigrated to the province of Novara on the lake...and they came to these parts...in the 50s...I grew up on polenta...cod...and Clinton wine...coming to this place is like making a pilgrimage to Mecca for Muslims..😅...as they say here...massa bón...highly recommended...every time I come to these parts I come here...it's the call of the land...🙋
