Happened by chance, I was passing through, I was surprised. Advised. Clean, well-kept environment, friendly staff, excellent dishes and a more than honest price!

sono stato a pranzo piu' volte in questo ristorante con amici. Locale accogliente e pulito, personale gentile ,ottimi pranzo con menu' del giorno, semplice ma buono, servizio veloce, con prezzo piu' che onesto. ci tornero' sicuramente.

We came to the La Mamma restaurant for our son's baptism and we had a great time. They treated and served us with attention and respect, friendly and always helpful staff, good and well-prepared dishes. Friendliness and kindness are rare qualities but they are at home here. We will definitely be back, recommended restaurant!

Un pranzo completo, con piatti casalinghi fatti in casa. Si respira un'aria familiare e la cucina tipica piemontese la fa da padrona. Prodotti ottimi. Ci si adatta al menù del giorno ma sempre con due scelte tra i primi. Un pasto completo al prezzo di un panino. Il menù comprende antipasto del giorno, due primi, secondo e anche un quarto di vino... Lo consiglio sia per i piatti serviti che per la simpatia del personale. Il rapporto qualità prezzo non è paragonabile a nessun'altra trattoria.

We have been coming to this restaurant for years and always happily return. We just had our little girl's baptism, all the guests were very happy. The food is excellent, the service is fast and there is a wonderful equipped outdoor area ideal for those with children. Highly recommended

03/12/2024: Very friendly service. Very good food. We had the wonderful (and extensive) 4Ciane menu. Save some room in your stomach for the sensational desert. Highly recommended!
17/11/2024: In the historic center of Cuneo there is this via Dronero which offers a series of restaurants, all of excellent quality. Today I tried 4 Ciance, which presents itself as a traditional place but with many ideas of originality and quality. The place is welcoming, well looked after and clean, with friendly and helpful staff. I chose the 45 euro menu, which satisfied me with the variety and quantity of product. We start with a waiting proposal offered by the restaurant, three tasty ideas to introduce us to the pleasure of the table. I particularly appreciated the Entrecote di Fassona, excellent. Built on traditional flavors which however always decline in unexpected and pleasant forms. Tastefully recommended.

16/07/2024: First time, business dinner... very particular and well-kept environment, friendly staff and very willing to satisfy any requests on the spot. Very short waiting times, good quality/price ratio in my opinion. If I come back to these parts, I'll easily reply, worth trying, it's worth it!
