We were here for a baptism, the staff were kind and super welcoming, very kind as soon as you arrive they welcome you by taking your coats, the food was top notch, good from the starter to the dessert, drinks included, we will definitely be back

We were on the Turin-Savona highway and wanted to eat something traditional, so we went out to eat at the Trattoria La Mamma. The welcome was warm and welcoming. The food was good and well-cooked. We had one appetizer, two first courses, and two second courses with sides. We enjoyed boiled cotechino and head accompanied by puree and salsa verde. Truly delicious. We also had water, dessert wine, and coffee. The service was impeccable and fast. We got back on the highway and headed towards the sea, truly satisfied. Excellent value for money. Recommended.

Lunch: Piedmontese-style mixed fried fish. 2 appetizers, 1 first course, 16 pieces of fried fish, dessert, fruit, coffee, and wine. Remarkable, everything was delicious, and the service was very fast and well-organized.

I happened upon Trattoria la Mamma by chance with three other diners. I found the welcome fantastic, the service friendly, and the menu excellent, all of which they created, with every course delicious. Highly recommended if you're in the Fossano area.

31/01/2026: We had a family lunch, and it was spectacular, as always!!! We've celebrated several birthdays, baptisms, and graduations at this restaurant... eating at Campagna Verde is always a guaranteed experience! Kudos to chef Massimo and the wonderful Mirella, who takes care of table service with great professionalism and kindness! Here you can eat the best fritto misto in Piedmont!!!!
25/01/2026: I bought a tiramisu for 6 euros, it seemed like too much, maybe 4 or 5 would have been more honest, but after eating it I admit that it was really very good and if it takes 6 euros to maintain that quality, so be it, very good tiramisu.

16/03/2026: Excellent traditional Piedmontese cuisine... Tasty and plentiful. Friendly service, although customer service could be improved on a busy Sunday. In any case, everything was good... A Sunday spent enjoying good food. We'll be back...
