We came for the hotel's 150th anniversary with Scabin's menu, and what can I say? An exceptional sensory, tactile, and gustatory experience. A menu that must be experienced and dressed like a bespoke suit. The dining room staff, Elisabetta and Nicola, masters of the place, are testaments to the soul of the chef and the hotel itself, whose soul they embody. A unique experience.

An exceptional restaurant in every way. It was a great choice, as from the first moment you can feel the restaurant's special atmosphere.
We had the opportunity to try the Michelin-starred 250/100 menu. Some dishes are very original, surprising (and fun), and together they reflect the chef's career and culinary experience. Both the food and the pairing are of high quality.
The staff who served us made our stay very pleasant; they were extremely friendly and attentive at all times, elevating the experience even further.

What an amazing experience! Everything was so well thought of, from the beginning to the end.
I have some dietary restrictions and the chef was able to accommodate to my needs and didn't feel like my options were less than the ones my husband was having.
All dishes were super tasty, portions were very good. We were SO full by the end that my husband couldn't even finish his chocolate or the petit four!
And what can we say about the waiters and sommelier! We had the whole restaurant to ourselves as we were the only table on a weekday and they were all 3 super nice! We enjoyed a great conversation and felt like we were talking to long-time friends. They explained every dish, wine and the menu and it's background and we got to understand how lucky we were to be able to enjoy this special menu.
We were sorry we didn't take a picture with you guys, but you know who you are.
We hope to be back another time to try the new menu.

This is a well-known restaurant in Turin. As it is listed in the Michelin Guide, it is likely that reservations are very difficult to make. Please make arrangements early. The reservation page is also available in English. I installed software called TheFork on my mobile phone to make reservations at restaurants in Turin, but sometimes the communication was delayed or there was no reply, and the restaurant would tell me that I was not booked. If this happens, you may not be able to have dinner if you make a reservation close to closing time, so please be careful. The following explanation on the reservation page about families with children clearly shows the restaurant's attitude.
"Children of all ages are our valued guests
However, we kindly ask parents to consider the suitability of attending with their children a dinner that typically lasts about two and a half hours.
We do not offer a specific children's menu, but for children under 14 attending the dinner, it is possible to request a selection of dishes from the tasting menu or choose dishes from the menu of our bistro.
It is mandatory to inform us of the presence of children at the time of booking to help us create an enjoyable evening for all guests, including our younger ones."

Beautiful experience! A 20-year culinary journey by chef Scabin, offering his main dishes.
Excellent service and friendly and knowledgeable dining room staff.
In total we spent about 300 euros per person without wine.
