Great restaurant by chef Scabin. Dishes to remain etched in the memory, A Piedmontese in Tokyo, Artichoke Cod... A great experience definitely worth repeating

The restaurant is excellent and the experience beautiful, starting from the welcome and ending with the coffee served in the beautiful hotel lobby. I don't give 5 stars because the price is 3 Michelin stars and in my opinion we are not yet at that level, despite the mastery and importance of the chef

It was a sublime experience. They are no longer foods but art transposed onto a plate. We are at a very high level, almost equal to Totò and Martina.

L'incrocio Del Gusto

25/07/2024: You have to book a table if you want to have lunch inside the room which is air conditioned. The food is good. I ordered a salad, it's good.
14/06/2024: Business breakfast: clean and very welcoming environment. The girls are super nice. Good and generous brioches with custard...excellent!
