We came for the hotel's 150th anniversary with Scabin's menu, and what can I say? An exceptional sensory, tactile, and gustatory experience. A menu that must be experienced and dressed like a bespoke suit. The dining room staff, Elisabetta and Nicola, masters of the place, are testaments to the soul of the chef and the hotel itself, whose soul they embody. A unique experience.

An exceptional restaurant in every way. It was a great choice, as from the first moment you can feel the restaurant's special atmosphere. We had the opportunity to try the Michelin-starred 250/100 menu. Some dishes are very original, surprising (and fun), and together they reflect the chef's career and culinary experience. Both the food and the pairing are of high quality. The staff who served us made our stay very pleasant; they were extremely friendly and attentive at all times, elevating the experience even further.

What an amazing experience! Everything was so well thought of, from the beginning to the end. I have some dietary restrictions and the chef was able to accommodate to my needs and didn't feel like my options were less than the ones my husband was having. All dishes were super tasty, portions were very good. We were SO full by the end that my husband couldn't even finish his chocolate or the petit four! And what can we say about the waiters and sommelier! We had the whole restaurant to ourselves as we were the only table on a weekday and they were all 3 super nice! We enjoyed a great conversation and felt like we were talking to long-time friends. They explained every dish, wine and the menu and it's background and we got to understand how lucky we were to be able to enjoy this special menu.
