Thanks to the very kind and professional staff of the Trattoria da Bollo! This evening at dinner with our new relatives from Turkey we made a great impression. Excellent food, excellent wines and impeccable service.....I'll repeat....thank you so much for a lovely evening.

Top restaurant near the Panzano castle. Excellent quality traditional cuisine. Impeccable service. Reservation and tasting of the spectacular tagliatelle are mandatory.

A nice little restaurant near a castle with a former watermill. It is 12km away, about 20 minutes from the A1 motorway. You should definitely try Lambrusco (the good kind, not the sweet mass-produced one) that is grown here. It was even open on our first visits.

It is a trattoria where you can eat typical Bolognese food in a familiar but also refined environment and the food is of excellent quality. The price ratio is more than adequate. The only flaw is that it is located in a remote town because if it were right in Modena it would probably be an almost exclusive place.

Ospite in zona da un cliente, ho avuto l'occasione di pranzare in questa Trattoria dove la specialità sono ovviamente, manco a dirlo le tagliatelle fatte in cas al ragù. Che dire, un piatto spettacolare nella sua semplicità. Servizio assolutamente attento e presente, posto molto frequentato da gente del posto e prezzi ottimi per la qualità e la quantità del cibo offerto.
