Bollo is no longer just about the famous tagliatelle; they've developed a series of top-notch dishes. Among traditional cuisine restaurants, it's certainly one of the top establishments in the Modena area. The wine list may not be particularly extensive, but it has everything you need and more. Prices are slightly higher than average, but the excellent quality justifies it. I always love returning.

It's a trattoria serving traditional Bolognese fare in a family-friendly yet refined atmosphere, and the food is excellent. The price-to-value ratio is more than reasonable. The only drawback is that it's located in a remote town; if it were right in the heart of Modena, it would probably be a rather exclusive establishment.

An experience of taste and pleasure in what we do, in the ancient culinary art, sometimes simple or refined, but never banal.
The food was excellent, the service very attentive, and the atmosphere truly pleasant. I will obviously return.

Half the baked potatoes were a little undercooked, but I didn't want to say anything because the lady was already giving us a dirty look. The young waiter and the man at the counter, however, were very nice. The meat was very good, and so was the risotto with radicchio and Lambrusco. The dessert portions were small.

Like eating at home, a family atmosphere that you can feel, authentic traditional cuisine, a few dishes but well-made, only one note on desserts, we can do more.
