A one-of-a-kind trattoria. There aren't many like it anymore. Homemade food, generous portions. Excellent value. For us fishermen, it's the only choice when we pass through Novara. Well done, well done!

I've been to Trattoria Da Bisu in Novara and I can say it was a real pleasure! Even though the restaurant was very crowded, they seated us very quickly, about 5 minutes, which demonstrates exceptional organization and hospitality. The service was excellent in every way: the staff was friendly, efficient, and attentive to the customers' needs. The quality of the food was excellent, as was the quantity, and the prices were truly reasonable. We ate well and abundantly without spending a fortune! But what made the experience even more special was talking to the owner, a woman of Sardinian origins who loves her job and does it with passion and high professionalism. It was a pleasure talking with her and learning the story behind the restaurant. In short, I highly recommend Trattoria Da Bisu to anyone in Novara, especially if you're very hungry! The quality-price ratio is excellent, and the service is welcoming and professional. Well done everyone!

A classic local trattoria with a set menu, a wide selection (more of a second course than a first course), and an unrivaled value these days (the steak alone was worth the price of the entire meal). My only complaint is the potatoes, which, in my opinion, should be cooked more. Definitely worth returning if in the area.
