A typical Tuscan trattoria just outside the historic center of Volterra. Besides the excellent food, the owners are truly available to advise and explain their traditional dishes. The price is fair. During our five-day vacation, we always opted for dinner at this trattoria.

It was a snowy morning in Volterra, and the chill was piercing. Luckily, Badò's dishes, including the famous tripe, fettuccine with hare, and pici with ragù, cheered us up. Reasonable prices and impeccable service complete the experience. Highly recommended!

02/03/2026: Very nice restaurant, very kind and helpful staff. The food was really good; I was really impressed with the truffle tartare. There are many gluten-free and lactose-free options available, and allergens are clearly marked. The staff also offered us coffee and a liqueur, a truly appreciated gesture.
22/01/2026: There were six of us, and we were all very satisfied. The food was delicious, and the service was very attentive. Used dishes were cleared away promptly, and we experienced extremely short wait times. Despite its location in the tourist area, the value for money was excellent.
