Vale la pena di spostarsi un po’ dal centro storico per raggiungere questa trattoria, che da fuori può sembrare un poco anonima, quasi un bar di passaggio, ma in realtà la cucina è tipica e per niente “turistica”. Consigliatissima la zuppa di ceci, da provare anche il pecorino locale. Ottimi i dolci. Personale cordiale e prezzi giusti per la qualità delle materie prime

If you happen to be in Volterra, stop and eat in this trattoria with the flavors and atmosphere of the past, a warm and familiar environment, traditional Volterra dishes that are mouth-watering! In particular the Volterrana soup, a spectacle, absolutely recommended!

Great place. I am particularly attentive and demanding to how traditional cuisine is made and I don't give a damn about appearance and all that nonsense that some people like (I'm a chef and I'm Tuscan, it doesn't matter a bit). This is one of those good places where they make you eat well. End of the review, if you like to eat go there. There is public parking behind for cars but it is usually a bit full. For motorbikes we can invent a good one.
