There were two of us. The cuttlefish weren't cuttlefish, but squid (if they'd said squid, we would have avoided it), and at the end of the meal I discovered that if I'd ordered the set menu with grilled tuna (which I did), I'd have to pay 3 euros more, something that wasn't specified when I ordered. The quality of the food is average for a trattoria (obviously everything was pre-made, but you can't complain because it's a set menu). The waiters were friendly, but I would have preferred them to specify the things I mentioned at the beginning. (PS: next time, please say stewed squid and not stewed cuttlefish, since they're two different things. Thanks ✌🏼)

Quick lunch with excellent and tasty dishes. Choice of four first courses and four second courses. Typical Venetian dishes. Chocolate and panettone dessert. Average value for money. Will definitely return.

The atmosphere was excellent. We tried it for lunch, and it was always a clear sign that the place and the food are appreciated. Venetian-style food with local specialties that vary daily and are prepared fresh. A place without too many frills but with a rustic style that goes beyond the furnishings. Definitely worth a try!

A rustic Italian restaurant serving genuinely great home-style cooking. There is ample indoor seating, and despite a huge rush during lunch hour, the service remained very friendly, relaxed, and accommodating. The menu changes daily and is explained at the table by the waiter, which adds to the traditional feel. You choose between around three first courses, three mains, a few vegetable sides, and some desserts — simple, focused, and clearly driven by quality rather than quantity. The bigoli with duck were cooked perfectly al dente, with a flavorful ragù. The seppie in umido were delicious, especially paired with the whole-grain polenta. The vegetable sides were simple but very well done: nicely cooked greens and fennel that complemented the mains perfectly. Dessert did not disappoint either — the tiramisu was delicious, with rich mascarpone cream layered between coffee-soaked ladyfingers. Overall, fantastic value for money, solid and honest cooking, and genuinely friendly owners. A place I’d happily return to!
