03/08/2025: To start, I had crostini with liver pâté and tomatoes. The pâté was rich and full of flavor, and the tomato crostino was fresh and nicely seasoned with herbs.
For the main course, I had pappardelle with cinghiale (wild boar). The sauce was hearty, and the chunks of meat gave it a great texture.
For dessert, I had the gluten-free chocolate cake — thick and creamy, perfect with some coffee after a meal.
The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and cozy.
01/08/2025: An Unforgettable Florentine Experience at Trattoria Buzzino
Dining at Trattoria Buzzino is not just about food — it’s about feeling at home in Florence. The dishes are traditional Florentine, rich in flavor, hearty, and deeply satisfying. Truly yummy in every sense of the word.
But what makes this place truly special is the heart behind it all — the incredible crew that brings the trattoria to life. You’re welcomed like family, with warm greetings, big smiles, and the kind of attentiveness that feels genuine. You don’t just eat here — you’re embraced.
Danilo Ceri, with his charisma and care, is the soul of the place. He makes sure everyone feels seen, welcomed, and celebrated. There’s also live music with phenomenal singers like Tolga, whose voice fills the room with joy and emotion. The music, the people, the food — it all comes together into one of the most joyful, authentic, and heartwarming experiences you can have in Florence.
If you’re visiting Florence and want to taste tradition, feel connection, and leave with a full heart (and stomach), Trattoria Buzzino is a must.
