It is truly a splendid place! Excellent chef, splendid waiters!

We had lunch in this restaurant in Trinità during a special day, and we were satisfied with the quality and care of the dishes. As a starter, we chose the spinach flan with cheese fondue: creamy and delicate, a perfect start to the meal. First, the pumpkin gnocchi with cheese won us over with their balance between sweetness and flavour. To finish, we opted for a side of baked potatoes, simple but cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The service was friendly and attentive. A place that we recommend to those who love traditional Piedmontese cuisine, with a touch of authenticity and attention to detail!
