When I have guests over for lunch at my company in Sant'Albano Stura, we usually come to this trattoria. Service is quick, and it's best to reserve a table; it's usually quite busy at lunchtime.

01/12/2025: This is our second time back at this fantastic place. The atmosphere is refined, the owners and staff are fantastic. The food is excellent, and there are plenty of options for vegetarians like me. Nothing to say. I just wish you were closer. 😅 See you soon! Thank you!
21/11/2025: We were here last night and were truly satisfied! The baked ula was delicious: authentic flavors, perfectly cooked, and generous portions. To finish, we had the gelato, creamy and made with quality ingredients. The welcoming atmosphere and friendly service made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

15/11/2025: An unforgettable experience. We were in Saluzzo for my birthday... because we liked the lovely house, we went to the bar... everything was simply perfect! The staff was incredibly friendly and warm. After just a few minutes, we felt like part of the family... and by the next evening, we were practically part of the family. We're certain we'll be back to Saluzzo... and these people are the reason why. Sometimes in life, you meet people quite by chance... who are doing exactly the right thing in exactly the right place... pure passion! Keep up the great work... and wait for us... we'll be back!!
