Retro restaurant of those typical of the piedmont villages where you can breathe the air of times gone by. Homemade Piedmontese dishes that are quite tasty but leave no trace. Balanced final account. For my taste it's fine if you're passing through.

The fairly anonymous exterior tempts you to move on, but then inside the music changes. Excellent cellar, fast service, excellent dishes. Super dumplings

Vengo da circa 20 anni in questo posto . Ora ci sta un po’ di aumento ma pagare in una bettola 100 euro a pranzo in 3 lo trovo esagerato . Menù con antipasto un primo a scelta e un dolce a 28 euro !! Poi se vuoi applicare i prezzi alti allora ti devi comportare anche in modo differente . I bambini in cucina nn ci devono essere e i capelli lunghi li devi coprire . Tra una portata e l’altra abbiamo chiesto di cambiare le forchette e ci è stato negato . Peccato dovrò depennare questo ristorante dalla lista dei preferiti

Wir waren in der Trattoria del Commercio in Venasca 2022, 2023 und haben jetzt schon einen Tisch für diesen Monat (9/2024) reservieren lassen, um auf unserer Italienreise dort einzukehren und die wohl weltbesten Gnocchis zu essen. Es sind aber nicht nur die Gnocchis, die uns faszinieren. Das Inhaber und Mitarbeiter dort sind alle sehr freundlich. Es ist eine typische kleine Trattoria mit einem wundervollen flair, und alles, was aus der Küche kommt, sieht großartig aus. Leider reicht unsere Zeit nie, um auch alles zu probieren. Das Essen wird in einer Schüssel oder auf einer Platte gebracht und aus der Schüssel oder von der Platte auf den Teller gegeben, so dass man auch sagen kann: "Danke, das ist genug" oder "Bitte noch etwas mehr". Wer in Venasca Urlaub macht, begeht schon fast eine Sünde, nicht in dieser Trattoria zu Abend zu essen.

Immediately at the gates of the Varaita Valley in Venasca, there is this trattoria where in summer you can enjoy a decidedly less sultry climate. The owners and staff are helpful and very kind, and the typical Piedmontese food is really very good. The value for money is excellent. A place I recommend. After the starter and the first course I was definitely full! As an expense I indicated between 20 and 30, I paid 19.00, but I didn't get the water and I wasn't able to get the dessert. But the quality is high and the dishes plentiful!

Genuine and always very fresh food, eating in this restaurant is a guarantee. I requested a vegan menu and they satisfied me completely, kindness and care for my request made me really happy

Typical place with traditional Piedmontese food. Excellent cuisine and very helpful and qualified staff. I recommend it.

Repetitive menu but top quality ingredients. Fassona carpaccio and gnocchi deserve an encore
