On Tuesday evening, we had dinner at Alfredo's! Finally, something genuine and authentic, in this historical period where everything is based on the superficiality of things, here they get straight to the point: real flavors, traditional cuisine, hearty dishes, and a return to the roots! Credit to the owner, who managed to provide service entirely by himself: he took orders, cooked, and served with all the serenity in the world! Really low prices: there were three of us, we had a house appetizer, melted caciocavallo cheese, three first courses, a bottle of wine, and water for €83. I'll be back soon and I highly recommend it. Locale molto carino, ben arredato. C'è una buona scelta di piatti, un pò per tutti i gusti. Prezzi onesti, considerando anche che è in centro città. Tempi un pò lunghi, non dovete avere fretta.
