I had dinner here on a Saturday in July 2025 with my partner. Quiet place with fast and simple service, without frills. The food satisfied us with a surprising eggplant caponata to accompany a fresella. The vegetables were exquisite. What can I say about the meat? Both the tagliata and the arrosticini were really tasty and complete. Definitely worth returning to.

Ein sehr nette Trattoria, die von einem sehr engagierten Paar geführt wird. Das Essen war sehr gut und auf den Punkt. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir haben auch einige Kleinigkeiten gegessen, die sehr lecker und geschmacklich zubereitet waren. Sonderwünsche waren auch kein Problem und wurden sofort ungesetzt. Wir kommen im nächsten Urlaub wieder. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Excellent meat with a wide choice on the menu. Welcoming atmosphere and very kind managers. I went there with a foreign guest who appreciated the cuisine and the place.

Being in the area for work I have been frequenting this restaurant for a few years, mainly for lunch but also for dinner. The quality of the dishes is always excellent as is the quality/price ratio. I highly recommend trying the tagliata with baked potatoes.

Roberta and Gennaro confirm Col di Salce as the best trattoria in Belluno. It's now impossible for me not to drop by every time I pass by. Super grill, excellent quality raw materials, professionalism and courtesy are the ingredients of their management! Until next time!!!!

24/07/2025: You can’t drive straight to the restaurant and it requires 20-30 min hike, but my parking spot was a tiny farm with many adorable cows, what a cute bonus! I arrived too late and wasn’t able to get any food, but they served me some affogato. It was nice. The view is breathtaking, lovely atmosphere, and I had a nice conversation with a lovely lady working at the bar.
