La nostra esperienza alla Trattoria Col di Salce è stata davvero eccezionale. Il personale è molto gentile e accogliente, facendoci sentire a casa. Il cibo è delizioso, soprattutto la carne, che è morbida e gustosa, cotta a vista in un caminetto. L'ambiente è bello e accogliente, con una veranda incantevole. Anche se l'entrata potrebbe essere migliorata, il locale è ben curato e piacevole. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è giusto, considerando l'eccellente qualità del cibo e del servizio. Consiglio vivamente la Trattoria Col di Salce a chiunque desideri un’esperienza piacevole in un ambiente accogliente con ottimo cibo.

Local local restaurant. I came back after many years And to say that the food is very good. Simple but really excellent dishes Grilled meat is the specialty. We ate an amazing steak. The desserts are also good. Recommended bon appetit.

Do not pay attention to any bad reviews. Just look at the opening hours in FB, reserve and go The food is fine and very generous. Yes, staff are straightforward and direct, the environment is functional and English is limitted But, food is fresh, very high quality and perfectly cooked. We had fixed menu lunch with pasta beef, chichen, salad, vegetables , beer, wine, mineral water and one dessert to share between two. And 2 perfect , plentiful machiatos which I cannot think of tastier ones. Everything on time, tasty and in finely balanced portions. And they just charged the not expensive fixed price menu without the extras and did not not even expect the tip they deserved. If you like quality food, just go.

Good food but with almost 30 euros each you could have eaten more... more on the bill of 88.10... they didn't remove the 10 cents... small things but.....

We were staying at a BnB at Bes (near Belluno) and decided to head here for a late dinner. I had the mixed meat plate and vegetables and my wife the lamb skewers and polenta. Both were absolutely amazing. Right up there with one of the best meals ever. The chef cooks on a woodfired grill right in front of everyone. Great atmosphere.

Found by chance, we had a great time, quiet environment. Good and plentiful food, they didn't make any problem when I said I had 2 dogs, it's not always a given.

Ate well, both the first courses and the side dishes, desserts... normal prices. Advise!!

Sono certo di poter dare un giudizio estremamente obiettivo perché abbiamo mangiato in questa trattoria decine e decine di volte e abbiamo sempre ricevuto altissima qualità, professionalità e cortesia. È un locale a conduzione familiare che si presenta in una doppia veste: invernale ed estiva. In inverno si mangia prevalentemente accanto alla griglia in una saletta arredata in stile montanaro, mentre d'estate c'è una piacevolissima e fresca terrazza, sufficentemente larga per fare stare tutti molto comodi. Roberta in sala e Gennaro alla griglia, aiutati a pranzo dalla preziosa Valentina, sono il segreto di questa trattoria insieme ad ingredienti di qualità top. Su tutto vince la carne...cucinata alla perfezione, ma anche le altre pietanze sono buonissime. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è elevato. Insomma...consigliatissimo!!!! ♥️
