Found by chance, we had a great time, quiet environment. Good and plentiful food, they didn't make any problem when I said I had 2 dogs, it's not always a given.

I am sure I can give an extremely objective opinion because we have eaten in this restaurant dozens and dozens of times and we have always received very high quality, professionalism and courtesy.
It is a family-run establishment that presents itself in a double guise: winter and summer.
In winter you eat mainly next to the grill in a room furnished in mountain style, while in summer there is a very pleasant and cool terrace, large enough to make everyone very comfortable.
Roberta in the dining room and Gennaro at the grill, helped at lunch by the precious Valentina, are the secret of this restaurant together with top quality ingredients.
Above all, the meat wins... cooked to perfection, but the other dishes are also delicious.
The quality/price ratio is high.
In short...highly recommended!!!! ♥️

I had the pleasure of dining at Trattoria Col di Salce and I can confidently say that it was an extraordinary experience. The atmosphere is welcoming and authentic, perfect for those looking for a place to feel at home. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to recommend the best dishes of the day.
The real protagonist, however, is the food. Each dish is prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, reflecting the local culinary tradition. The flavors are genuine and every bite is a journey into the heart of Italian cuisine. I particularly appreciated the house specialties, which expertly combine simplicity and taste.
I highly recommend Trattoria Col di Salce to anyone who wants an authentic gastronomic experience, with the guarantee of excellent service and a warm environment. I can't wait to go back!

Sono certo di poter dare un giudizio estremamente obiettivo perché abbiamo mangiato in questa trattoria decine e decine di volte e abbiamo sempre ricevuto altissima qualità, professionalità e cortesia.
È un locale a conduzione familiare che si presenta in una doppia veste: invernale ed estiva.
In inverno si mangia prevalentemente accanto alla griglia in una saletta arredata in stile montanaro, mentre d'estate c'è una piacevolissima e fresca terrazza, sufficentemente larga per fare stare tutti molto comodi.
Roberta in sala e Gennaro alla griglia, aiutati a pranzo dalla preziosa Valentina, sono il segreto di questa trattoria insieme ad ingredienti di qualità top.
Su tutto vince la carne...cucinata alla perfezione, ma anche le altre pietanze sono buonissime.
Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è elevato.
Insomma...consigliatissimo!!!! ♥️
