Trattoria Cerere In Torino

I went for lunch today and was truly satisfied. I chose the €35 tasting menu: The appetizers included veal with tuna sauce, Russian salad, Bra sausage, and, as an alternative to the Fassona tartare, I chose two tomini cheeses accompanied by sauces. For the first course, I could choose between agnolotti with roast beef sauce and gnocchi with blue cheese and pears. For the second course, I opted for the Fassona tartare with caramelized onions and parmesan cream, truly excellent. To conclude the meal, I chose bunet or panna cotta for dessert, both traditional Piedmontese treats. The portions were generous from start to finish, and you could sense the attention to the quality of the ingredients. Kudos also to the staff, who were extremely kind, helpful, and professional. An authentic Piedmontese trattoria that I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for traditional cuisine, generous portions, and a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be back.

We went for lunch today and chose their budget lunch menu, and the value for money is undoubtedly excellent. The dishes are simple but very good, with great attention to detail. This makes me want to try the trattoria's à la carte menu, perhaps in the evening. Excellent service; the young man who seated us was attentive and accommodating to our needs.

A wonderful trattoria where you can sample traditional local cuisine. We ate in a traditionally decorated room, reminiscent of those trattorias of the past. The food was truly fantastic, of great quality (especially the raw meat), and it gave us a taste of the flavors of Turin's cuisine.

We went to this restaurant on the recommendation of our hostess. It was wonderful, truly delicious Piedmontese cuisine! Fried fish, rabbit, a tasty zabaglione, and a chocolate pudding... The dishes at the neighboring tables also looked extremely appetizing. Unfortunately, we couldn't eat any more. The waiter, whom we assume was the owner, was very attentive and funny. It never seemed forced. We would love to eat there again!

Pleasant experience; I ate very well and the staff was friendly. The cod meatballs were fantastic. The veal with tuna sauce was truly superb. The cod plin and crepes were excellent. I'll be back as soon as I get back to Turin.
