Possibly the best rice with deboned frogs in the area! The rice with fried and sautéed fish is also very good, perfectly fried, dry, and crispy. Generous portions and above-average quality for the area. The house Lambrusco is delicious. The service is friendly and courteous. Well done!

Pleasantly surprised by this trattoria.... Welcoming place, very kind staff.... Good and plentiful food at the right price.... With a plate of rice you eat plenty for 2 people just to be clear 😉😉😉... Congratulations, I will definitely come back to taste the rest of the menu 😁😁😁😁.

As a true Casteldariese resident who has lived in Milan for 50 years, I return to Trattoria Cosmana whenever I can with great pleasure to savor the local dishes that cannot be replicated anywhere else. The risottos and fried fish are simply exceptional and delicious, just like I ate them as a child. Highly recommended.

I love Casteldario's risottos, and I think I've tried and appreciated just about every one of its restaurants, all specializing in the area's signature dish, risotto. I recently went to Trattoria Cusmana for the first time, and it was a delightful surprise. It must be said that we travel from Brescia just to eat risottos, and the quality we were served was truly exceptional, I think it's hard to beat. The portions are generous, the atmosphere is welcoming, the staff friendly, and the prices reasonable. The view of the castle is also charming. I can't comment on the rest of the menu, which is very attractive... but we'll try to explore it further soon. We've promised ourselves we'll return soon; we were all so happy. It's about an hour and a half from home, but we're truly extraordinarily rewarded and satisfied.

Huge plates...you definitely won't leave hungry. My favorite dish: Rice with sautéed vegetables 🔝

The risotto with spare ribs was excellent (amazing), and the black Angus carpaccio with burrata was also delicious. The tagliatelle with duck ragù was excellent, and the mascarpone cream with chocolate shavings was fantastic for dessert.

The meat is delicious, as are all the first courses, super abundant dishes... always satisfied when we go out to eat 😋

Dopo tantissimi anni siamo venuti in zona a pranzo e scoperto questo ristorante. Tutto ottimo, dagli antipasti, ai primi e al dolce. Porzioni davvero molto abbondanti e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Locale accogliente e personale gentile e molto attento al cliente. Ci hanno regalato una bellissima giornata e festeggiato il compleanno inaspettato. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Frequentiamo da tempo questo ristorante, in particolare per il risotto con le rane che si conferma sempre il migliore in zona. Di qualità anche gli altri risotti, quello pesciolini e saltarei e quello alla pilota. Servizio veloce, personale cortese e disponibile. Un plauso al giovane addetto al servizio dei vini in bottiglia, dimostra capacità e professionalità da sommelier.
