The weight of tradition is felt...but it's the beautiful tradition that doesn't change anything because it's good! Piedmont is profound in the recipes that make you enjoy its cuisine. The staff in the dining room and at the counter are delightful!

08/12/2025: The pizzas are truly delicious, cooked to perfection and made with fresh ingredients. The dough is light and high-quality. We asked for them to be thin and crispy—and that's exactly what we got! The farinata is also delicious! The service was impeccable, the staff were friendly and attentive to the customers' needs. The pizza chef (pictured) is a true professional and very friendly! Recommended!

25/01/2026: A quality experience. If you're looking for a nice, intimate place, this is the place for you. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive to detail; they make you feel pampered. We had the pizza, and I have to say it was some of the best we've ever had. You can really feel the pursuit of innovation. It was a very pleasant evening. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back. 😋
